Let's jump in to today's session.
Hello,
Stuart Sandeman here.
Yesterday I helped you get grounded and clear on what you want.
I hope you've had a chance since yesterday's session to write out your desire statement.
Writing this out daily is something I'd recommend to keep it at the front of your thoughts.
And in today's session,
I'd like to explain how your energy creates your reality.
And then we'll do some breath work to shift your energy.
The universe and everything in it is energy.
And we're all connected through this by an energy field we call the collective consciousness.
Think of this as a blank canvas upon which you can create.
It's pure creative potential.
Energy attracts its likeness.
And the collective consciousness responds to your energy.
So that's your thoughts,
Feelings,
Words,
And actions.
And this creates your 3D reality.
So let me explain this a little bit more.
When you think of thoughts,
It creates an electrical pulse into the collective consciousness.
Now how you feel creates a magnetic pool to this same field.
So when we're looking at manifestation,
You're always manifesting,
Consciously or unconsciously,
Through your thoughts and how you feel.
So if you're thinking nothing good ever happens to me or I never get anything right,
Those thoughts and the feelings that they create align you to this belief and it will continue to play out in your reality.
Now the balance of our collective thoughts and energy on the field can interact in ways that can give unpredictable outcomes.
So sometimes there's nothing you can do to prevent a traumatic event or awful situation.
But what you can do is focus your own energy and work to shift your thoughts and feelings to align to the frequency that matches your desire.
This will improve the probability of what you desire collapsing into physical matter and becoming your reality.
So with your desire statement written down and in front of your thoughts,
You now need to shift your energy.
Using your daily breathwork practice to transmute any stress,
Fear,
Anger,
Any low vibrational feelings into a high vibrational frequency that aligns you with the creative energy of collective consciousness.
So get into a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down.
Close your eyes to bring your attention inwards.
And let's start by getting grounded.
So take a moment just to feel.
Feel where your body touches the surface beneath you.
And then imagine those roots going all the way down from you,
Flowing down deep into the earth,
Right down beneath the surface,
Through the soil,
Rooting all the way down to the centre of the earth.
Now you can begin to rub your hands together as you breathe in through your nose and drop that strong grounded energy from the heart of the earth,
Pulling it up through the soles of your feet,
Up through your legs,
Feeling it move as your breath expands into the base of your spine,
Your pubic bone,
Hips,
Belly button,
Side ribs,
Midsection,
Up into your heart,
Throat,
Third eye,
All the way to the crown of your head.
And breathe out,
Releasing your hands and sending that energy all the way back down to earth.
So now that you're grounded,
I'd like you to use your energy to activate your body and mind.
This is a more dynamic breathwork practice.
So if you're pregnant,
Please miss this part out and just continue with a grounded breath.
But if you're staying with me,
It's going to be a two-part inhale,
One-part exhale.
So breathe into your belly,
Breathe into your chest,
And then breathe out.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Keep that going.
Three more.
Good.
Now recovery breath in.
Pause and hold.
And slow breath out through your mouth.
Relax your whole body.
Now I'd like you to become aware of a source of light hovering 16 inches above your head.
And as you become more aware of it,
It becomes activated.
It starts to shine down brightly over you,
Evaporating any stress,
Any anger,
Any fear,
Any low vibrational thoughts or energy you might be holding.
Now I'd like you to breathe in this light,
This healing,
Soothing,
Cleansing light.
Breathe it in and hold it there and allow it to circulate throughout your body,
Getting rid of any stress,
Frustration,
Dissolving any low frequency energy.
Good.
Now breathe out,
Release,
Letting go of anything that doesn't align with your desire.
And hold your breath there,
Bringing your awareness to the light shining down on you again.
Good.
Let's keep that going with some counts.
So breathe the light in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold and circulate for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Good.
Breathe it out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Pause and hold for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Good.
Let's do three more rounds like this.
So in two,
Three,
Four.
Hold the light,
Circulate it,
Breathe it out.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Good.
And hold there.
Let's go again.
Breathe in.
Feel your belly rise,
Bringing that light into your body.
Hold it there,
Circulate it.
Cleansing,
Purifying.
And breathe out,
Sending it back into your space.
And hold there.
Good.
In,
Hold.
And out.
And hold.
Last one.
In,
Hold.
And out.
And hold.
Now in this centered space,
I'd like you to think about what you desire.
Perhaps reconnecting to your desire statement.
And noticing if any pictures populate your mind.
And how you start to feel.
Good.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose.
Feel your belly rise.
Pause and hold.
And slow breath out through your mouth.
Relax your shoulders,
Face,
Jaw.
One more deep breath in.
Slow breath out as you open your eyes.
Coming back into your space.
Welcome back.
I hope you're feeling grounded,
Centered and relaxed.
In tomorrow's session,
I'll be exploring visualization.
And we're going to shift our energy even more with a more powerful breath work technique.
To really align you with your desire.
Now life still happens.
And if you notice yourself feeling stressed or have negative thoughts or feelings arise.
I'd like you to stop.
And take three grounding breaths.
So breathe in through your nose for four.
Hold for four.
And then out through your mouth for eight.
This will help shift your stress to calm.
So before the next session,
Make sure you practice that.
Especially if you're feeling stressed.
