Welcome to Day 17 of Insight Timer's Reset & Refresh Challenge. Today's session with Stuart invites us to explore the power of visualization. This technique can be highly effective in shifting your energy, as your thoughts can influence your physical reactions. You can deceive your body into believing that your desired outcome is already happening, allowing you to start embodying the version of yourself that you aspire to be.

Welcome to Day 17 of Insight Timer's Reset and Refresh Challenge.
Your call to break free from the ordinary,
Let go of what's been holding you back,
And step into your life with a fresh perspective.
Let's jump in to today's session.
Hey,
How's it going?
It's Stuart here.
I hope you're starting to be really aware of your thoughts,
Feelings,
And are coming back to your breath any time you need to shift your energy.
Yesterday I shared how your energy creates your reality.
So today you're going to shift your body,
Mind,
And frequency even more with a powerful infinity breathwork practice.
You'll also learn to harness visualisation as a tool to help you literally become the version of you you wish to be right now.
Visualisation is so effective in shifting your energy because your thoughts and imagination influence your body to react as if it's really happening.
Let me show you with a quick exercise.
Close your eyes.
I want you to imagine yourself in your kitchen.
And in front of you,
You can see a fruit bowl full of lemons.
Walk towards the bowl.
Pick up one of the lemons.
Feel it in your hand.
Feels ripe,
Feels juicy.
Now I want you to cut it in half,
Into quarters.
And now I'd like you to pick up one segment and take a bite.
Notice what happens in your body.
Maybe your face squints.
Perhaps you can feel the saliva flow in your mouth.
This simple example shows how your thoughts can change the physical reactions in your body.
So to help further align your energy with what you want to manifest,
If you picture it clear in your mind,
You can trick your body into believing that it's already happening.
And it responds as if it is.
So you can literally become the version of you that you desire to be.
Adding visualization at the end of our breathwork practice will help you shift your energy big style and pave the way for it to become reality.
So before we go into our practice,
I want you to take a look over your desire statement.
How does it make you feel?
What visions show up for you?
I want you to take those visions into your practice and we'll bring them to life by focusing on the details.
So get yourself comfy.
Close your eyes.
And just stop and pause here.
Notice how you feel.
And take a breath in through your nose,
Feeling your belly rise.
Pause at the top.
And slow breath out through your mouth.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your face.
Relax your jaw.
Let your whole body become relaxed.
I'd like you now to take a nice grounding breath.
So take a moment to feel the surface beneath you.
And imagine roots going all the way down.
Through the floor.
Through the soil.
Spreading out down to the centre of the earth.
Now rub your hands together.
And breathe in through your nose.
As you drop that strong grounded energy from the heart of the earth up through your feet.
And as your breath expands,
The base of your spine,
Pubic bone,
Hips,
Belly button,
Side ribs,
Midsection,
Up into your chest.
Feel that energy pass through your throat,
Your third eye,
Your crown.
And breathe out,
Sending that energy all the way back down.
All the way down to the core of the earth.
Good.
Okay,
We're now going to move into our infinity breath flow.
Which is an active inhale through your nose,
Using your diaphragm so your belly will rise first.
And then a passive exhale through your nose,
Just letting the air drop out of your body.
No force,
No control.
Just pure surrender.
Good,
So it's breathing in,
Open,
Expand.
Breathing out,
Relax,
Let go.
And then breathing without any pauses,
Between your in-breath and out-breath,
And your out-breath and in-breath.
Just keeping this infinity flow.
Continuous breathing.
So breathing in,
And letting go.
And in,
And release.
Breathing in,
Open,
Expand.
Breathing out,
Relax,
Let go.
Good,
You've got it.
In,
And out.
Breathing in,
Letting go.
Just keep that flowing.
In,
And out.
And in,
And release.
Breathing in everything you want to receive.
Breathing out anything you want to let go of.
Just surrendering,
Letting go of control.
It's safe to let go.
Keep that flowing.
Keep that rhythm.
Active inhale,
Passive exhale.
Good,
In,
And in,
And release.
You might start to feel some energy flow in your hands,
In your feet,
In your face,
As you shift the chemistry of your body.
Keep going,
Keep breathing.
In,
Release.
In,
Let go.
In,
Let go.
Amplifying presence.
Being here in this moment.
Keep it going.
Just surrendering and letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.
Anything that doesn't align with your truest potential,
Your next level self.
And breathing in all that energy that you wish to cultivate.
You've got it,
Keep it going.
Breathing in joy,
Breathing in love.
Letting go of stress.
Okay,
Deep breath in.
Hold your breath there.
And we're going to make a high vibrational humming sound.
As you just shake out any tension in your body.
Let's go.
Good,
Breathe in.
And again.
Use that sound to transmute any low vibrational energy to that high frequency sound.
Shaking out any tension or drumming your hands on your knees.
Good,
Hold your breath there.
And breathe in.
Hold your breath there.
Slow breath out.
Let your breathing come back to a natural rhythm.
And just be in this moment.
I'd now like you to transport yourself in your mind to your high vibrational self,
Your next level self.
So where are you?
Can you picture this in your mind?
Let's make it as real as life itself.
So what can you see?
What can you hear?
Can you feel the ground beneath you?
As this next level self.
What are you wearing?
What shoes have you got on?
Maybe you're barefoot.
Paint this picture in your mind as real as life itself.
Remember your unconscious does not know the difference.
So have fun with this.
What can you smell?
What can you taste?
What's around you?
Can you see the sky?
Now I'd like you to take a breath in.
But breathe in,
In this image.
You,
Your next level self is happening right now.
Breathe in.
Hold your breath there.
Feel your heartbeat.
Feel your heartbeat as your next level self.
Your 10 out of 10.
Slow breath out.
Stay with this vision.
You've got it.
If your mind wanders,
Come back to your heartbeat.
Come back to your breath.
Allow this vision to fill you with energy.
Good.
Let's take another deep breath in.
Pause at the top.
And slow breath out.
And again,
Deep breath in.
And slow breath out.
Slowly now,
Coming back into your space.
Wiggling your toes,
Your fingers.
Loosening your neck.
Having a stretch if it feels good.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Before tomorrow,
Why not bring your vision to life even more by creating a vision board.
Collect pictures or images from magazines or online.
Anything that represents your goal of vision.
Your next level self.
This is something that will help inspire and motivate you and bring your vision to life.

This was a great breathing practice to relinquish stagnant energy and connect with the inner essence. I especially loved the effect of the high frequency humming on the out breath and feeling the gradual exhale escape the body. It was a great practice for tapping into all the senses and truly feeling into my visualization for the future. I first heard this when it was released for the Insight Timer challenge and knew it would be good to come back to. Now it serves as a reminder to return to my vision board for this year and integrate it with my meditation practice.
