Stuart encourages us to be mindful of the words we use, changing any negative thought patterns that might be limiting us. To cultivate a grounded mindset that allows us to be more aware of our speech and thoughts, we will practice breathwork and affirmations.

Welcome to Day 18 of Insight Timer's Reset and Refresh Challenge.

Your call to break free from the ordinary,

Let go of what's been holding you back,

And step into your life with a fresh perspective.

Let's jump in to today's session.

Hello and welcome to Day 4 where we're going to look at language and how we can change our language to transform.

So you've been getting clear on what you want,

Matching your thoughts,

Your energy with what you desire,

And using the power of breath and visualisation to align you with your next level self.

I want you to keep in this beautiful flow,

But now bring some focused awareness to the words you speak.

Are the words you express aligned with what you want?

Are your words powerful and reaffirming?

Are they words of abundance and love?

Or are you stuck in lack and fear?

I was working so hard to manifest more abundance in my life.

Thinking abundant,

Feeling abundant,

Visualising my next level abundant self in my daily practice.

Yet I'd catch myself in the day falling into old conditioned patterns,

Saying things like,

I'm broke,

Or I can't afford to do that.

Words that were completely out of alignment with the version of me I was working hard to manifest.

So I want you to shine the spotlight on how you speak to others,

And how you speak to yourself.

This might be in the moments that you're stressed or triggered.

And there's so many examples.

Maybe you say things like,

I'm so clumsy,

Or I can't get anything right,

Or I'm just an anxious person,

Or I can never find anything,

Or I'm always sick.

I want you to be really hyper aware of the words that you use.

And when you're stuck in negative word patterns,

Reframe them,

Catch yourself saying it,

And then say silently to yourself,

Thank you for showing me what I don't want.

And highlighting what I need to change to align with my desire.

So thank you for showing me what I don't want.

And highlighting what I need to change to align with my desire.

Then reframe the words in a way that aligns with your desire,

And something you can believe in.

There's no point saying,

I'm abundant,

If part of you doesn't believe that.

So I'm broke might become,

I'm sorting my finances out.

Or I can't get anything right might become,

I'm trying my best every day,

And so on.

So to recap,

Your thoughts create energy.

And the words you speak affirm your thoughts and energy.

So be careful and selective of your words,

And reframe them when they're out of alignment.

Okay,

Let's move into our breathwork practice.

And at the end of the practice,

We're going to repeat some affirmations.

Words you can use to start to align yourself with what you want.

So close your eyes to bring your attention inwards.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Settle here.

I'd like you to take a nice,

Gentle breath in through your nose,

Feeling your belly rise.

And slow breath out,

Relax,

Let go.

Good,

Let's do another one like that.

Breathe in.

And slow breath out.

Let your legs become heavy,

But the crown of your head high.

We're going to do a couple rounds of box breathing to balance your nervous system before moving into our infinity breath.

So breathe in through your nose for a count of four,

Feeling your belly rise.

Pause and hold for four.

Keep calm and still.

Breathe out for four.

Let go of any tension.

And hold for four.

Peaceful,

Calm.

Two more rounds.

In,

Feel your belly rise.

Hold,

Keeping calm and still.

And out.

One last one.

In,

Hold.

We're going to move into our infinity breath.

Continuous flow of breath.

That will create energy and flow in your body and mind.

So breathe in,

Open,

Expand.

Breathe out,

Relax,

Let go.

Surrender,

Good.

In,

Belly rise.

Out,

Release,

Let go.

Keep that flowing in.

And out.

And in.

And out.

Allowing your energy to shift with this breath practice.

Keep it going,

Keep it flowing.

It's dynamic,

But it's relaxed.

Gentle,

But flowing.

Energised,

But calm.

In,

In,

Release.

In,

Let go.

In,

Let go.

We're going to use sound again to transmute your energy and shift your frequency.

High vibrational sound will be a humming sound.

So take a deep breath in.

And as you hum you can shake out any tension or drum your hands and your thighs.

Deep breath in.

Second hum.

Feel those vibrations throughout your body.

Breathe in.

And hold your breath there.

Find stillness in this breath hold.

Full breath in and hold.

Allow your energy to settle.

And I'd like you to transport yourself to your desire.

Your vision,

That that you wish to manifest.

Allow it to happen right now in your mind.

Make this visualisation as true as life itself.

So where are you?

Who are you with?

What are you wearing?

What can you see?

Look around in this vision.

Can you feel the air against your skin?

In this vision.

Add as much detail as you can.

This is your next level self.

Your high vibrational self.

Your 10 out of 10.

Your deepest desire.

And it's happening now in your mind.

So feel into it.

What can you see?

What can you smell?

Now breathe in the air in this high vibrational vision.

And breathe out.

Staying with this vision.

Feeling your heartbeat.

Now I'd like you to capture the feelings in this vision with some I am statements.

Some affirmations.

I'll start you off.

And then I'll give you some space just to say whatever words that align you with this vision.

Just silently say these words in your mind.

Feel them in your body.

I am confident.

I am kind.

I am grateful.

I am unique.

I am proud.

I am patient.

I am strong.

I am loving.

I am abundant.

I am peaceful.

I am loved.

I am generous.

I am empowered.

I am compassionate.

I am fun.

I am supported.

I am inspired.

Now over to you.

Staying with your vision.

Keeping it in your mind's eye and feel it in your body and your heart.

And say the words that come to mind.

Silently to yourself.

Really feel into it.

Good.

Take another breath in through your nose.

Feel your belly rise.

And slow breath out through your mouth.

Relax.

Let go.

Release the vision.

And slowly come back into your space.

Wiggling your toes,

Your fingers.

Loosening your neck.

And when you're ready.

You can open your eyes.

Coming back into your space.

So welcome back.
