Let's jump in to today's session.
Congratulations you're almost there matching your thinking,
Feeling,
Shifting your energy,
Using breath work,
Visualization,
And gratitude to help you align with your desires.
Now it's time to take inspired action towards the future you want.
Don't be fooled by the word action,
As often we can fall into the trap of how.
How am I ever gonna get there?
What do I have to do?
These thoughts can fuel you without worry,
Overwhelm,
Blocking you and what you desire.
Inspired action is different,
It's about having fun,
Taking small aligned steps that lift your energy up and matches you with the feeling of the outcome.
Remember you don't manifest simply what you want,
You manifest what you think,
Feel,
And act on.
You manifest who you are.
So taking aligned action acts as the bridge that connects your aspirations to reality.
It's not enough to simply dream or visualize,
You must actively engage in the steps,
Subtle shifts,
That resonate your energy with your goals or vision.
By doing so you also demonstrate your commitment and faith to the manifestation process.
Aligned actions are like the fuel that powers your journey towards your desire.
I love this part because every step you take,
No matter how small,
Contributes to the change you want to see in your life.
It's about walking the walk and talking the talk and actually being and becoming the change you wish to see in yourself.
Also in your daily visualization practice,
As far as your unconscious is aware,
The vision has already happened.
Especially when you experience gratitude for it too.
So as a part of your inspired action,
You could simply ask yourself what could I do today that will cultivate the same feeling as my desire and continue to align your energy with your desire.
So let's put this into practice.
So close your eyes to bring your attention inwards and take a nice grounding breath here.
So breathing in energy from the earth.
Breathing in all the way up.
Drawing up that energy.
Feel your breath expand.
The base of your spine,
Your pubic bone,
Your hips,
Your belly button,
Your side ribs,
Your mid section.
Right the way up into your chest.
Good.
And breathe out.
Relax.
Let go.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax your face,
Your jaw.
Let your whole body become heavy.
Good and again.
Breathe in and slow breath out.
We're going to move straight into our infinity breath practice.
In and out through your nose using your diaphragm.

To create that high-frequency energy in your body and mind.

Now take another breath in through your nose.
Feel your belly rise.
And as you breathe out,
I want you to transport yourself to your next level self.

Matching your thoughts and your feelings with this high vibrational state.
Bringing it to life.
As real as life itself.
What can you see?
What can you hear?
Can you feel the ground beneath you?
Now take a breath,
But breathe in as this high vibrational self staying in the vision.
Breathing in the air and this vision that you're creating right now.
And it's happening right now.
As real as life itself.
Be there now.
Feel into it.
