In this practice, we find somewhere that our attention is drawn to and that can be either expansive or not. We can train ourselves to create expansion within our bodies. We do this by relaxing our awareness so that it expands. When we continue doing this through practice our minds get used to it and we can apply expanded awareness to all areas of our life, which helps us release mental patterning blocking us from liberation.
