As you get comfortable in your seat,
Let your eyes close.
And begin to get a sense of your inner body.
So imagine your mind's eye can go inside your skin.
For a moment,
Scan your inner body and find the place or places that draw your attention most easily and eventually settling on one of those places.
Let your awareness and energy just settle on one part of your body that you are most attracted to sitting in.
It can be anywhere.
And as you keep your gaze there,
Also notice that your breathing will come out from a front.
Just keep that line going,
Let go of the Alice.
For a second.
Excellent.
And as you keep your gaze there,
Also notice that you're breathing.
And you might notice that as you breathe in and out,
It changes just slightly how you perceive or focus on that inner space.
See if you can perceive that and kind of relax into your breath and your inner gaze.
Now as we breathe in and out,
Feel those subtle shifts.
And imagine that widening our awareness.
So from wherever you're focused,
Begin to widen your awareness a little from that space.
And with each breath in and out,
Feel your awareness grow inside your body.
Every breath in and out,
Feel the awareness get larger and have it more and more of your inner body.
Eventually,
The awareness inhabits the entire body.
And once you've found that,
We'll sit quietly with our inner awareness,
Inhabiting our entire body,
The whole body.
And as you breathe in and out,
Feel the awareness get larger and more of your inner body.
And as you breathe in and out,
Feel the awareness get larger and more of your inner body.
Take three larger breaths in and out.
Let's bring our bones together in front of our hearts.
Come into your own heart.
