Make sure you are comfortable,
Whatever that means for you,
Whatever seat you've taken.
You wanna feel like you could sit here for quite a while without any struggle.
And if you feel that it's appropriate for you,
Let your eyes close or just have a slightly opened eyes,
But really not looking at anything.
And let's begin to allow ourselves to be in the present moment by noticing that we have a body,
Noticing that we're breathing,
Noticing any sounds we're hearing,
Whether it's my voice or voices in the rooms we're in,
And noticing that we're noticing things,
Being aware of the difference between the things we're hearing and noticing in our body and part of us that is noticing them.
And seeing if we can be even more present by asking ourselves the question,
What do I feel right now?
Whether it's physical,
Emotional,
Whether it's physical,
Emotional,
Energetic.
Let's sit quietly for a moment and simply observe what we are feeling right now.
And if our mind becomes busy,
We ground ourselves into the present with watching our breath,
Feeling our breath,
Or our body,
Or listening.
You get to choose.
So I'll take a collective big breath in,
And a long,
Slow breath out,
And another big breath in,
And a long,
Slow breath out.
Let's bring our hands over our heart,
And let's send some gratitude to spiritual evolution throughout the world that we have these practices,
And we have this time together where we're able to work on our own spiritual evolution.
