Find a seated position that's comfortable and have your belly be free and your spine long.
Let's find our Ajna chakra tonight,
Our third eye,
So the space in between your eyebrows but in the middle of your brain.
So if you're right there and you kind of sunk yourself back,
See if you can begin to get a sense of that space in your own head.
To do that is to take a finger and lick it and just put a little tab of saliva there so you can feel the air on your skin.
And then as you breathe in,
Imagine yourself breathing into that space that you just touched and imagine the prana and air going all the way back to that space.
As you breathe out,
Imagine yourself breathing back out to about six inches in front of that space.
Let's do that for a moment.
Breathing in and out,
Getting a sense of the midbrain,
The Ajna chakra.
And as you breathe in and out,
You might begin to see or conceptualize some sort of shape.
But any way you feel and imagine that shape is absolutely fine as long as it brings your attention inward into that midbrain.
Final instruction is to put a slight smile on your face.
Even feel the outsides of your eyes go up very gently.
We'll sit and relight this just for a minute or two.
Shanti Shanti.
