Let Go & Become: A Meditation For Inner Alignment

This is a meditation inspired by Sanaya Roman's book Spiritual Growth.

It was a profound experience I had myself applying some of the concepts shared in the book.

It has become one of my favorite ways to let go and clear out what is no longer needed,

To access my divine core and perfect inner alignment.

To gain the most from this meditation,

Allow yourself to be guided and be intentional about letting go completely.

In order to release and clear what is no longer needed,

We need to be willing to let go of it completely.

Become aware of this during the process and set the intention that you fully and completely want to let go of what is no longer serving your highest good.

Find a comfortable position,

Preferably laying down,

Fully relaxed and ready to dive inward.

Take some nice deep breaths right now to help relax your body and slow your mind.

Allow yourself to become fully present in the now moment.

To begin,

We're going to align with our higher selves.

In your mind,

Call in your higher self and ask that they anchor in with you now.

The simple phrase,

I call in my higher self to anchor in with me now,

Will work perfectly.

Feel the sensations in and around you as your higher self unites with your energy body.

Feel the warmth,

The love and the expansion that is present within you now.

You're now going to surround your body with a cocoon of white light.

Imagine this white light as a thin layer of energy encasing your body from a few inches to a foot away from your physical self.

This light is warm and inviting.

You feel comforted and at peace in its presence.

This cocoon of light is now going to clear away all that is no longer serving you.

It's going to help clear the way to your truest self,

Your divine core within.

Before we begin to clear the layers away,

Set the intention now to fully release all the energies,

Beliefs,

Memories,

Judgments,

Grievances,

Fears and blocks that are in the way of you living your highest potential.

Set your intention to release what is no longer serving you now.

The cocoon of light is now inviting you to release energies that are not yours to carry.

Feel in and around your body for energies that you are carrying that may not be yours.

Allow them to leave your body and float through the cocoon of light to be transmuted immediately.

Feel the release of these energies as they leave.

Now you are ready to release the lower energies you are carrying.

Release your judgments,

Worries,

Fears and negative emotions to the cocoon of light.

Allow yourself to feel the weight being lifted as these lower vibrations are clear through the cocoon of light.

See them pass through the wall of light and disappear,

Being transmuted immediately.

Keep releasing any other lower vibrations that come up.

Ask to be cleared of any hooks,

Cords or entities that may be taking your energy.

See them detach from your body now and disappear through the cocoon of light,

Being transmuted immediately.

We are reaching further into your being now and we are going to release any beliefs,

Patterns,

Echoes,

Attachments,

Memories,

Traumas or any other deep-seated issues you are holding that are keeping you from your highest potential.

Allow yourself to be freed of them now.

Watch as balls of light,

Balls of smoke or color,

Black gunk or images leave you now and pass through the cocoon of light.

Witness them pass through the cocoon of light and disappear,

Being transmuted immediately now.

Feel as even more weight is lifted from your body and spirit.

You are feeling lighter and lighter now,

Feeling your radiance coming to the surface.

Now I want you to detach from all you think you are in this life.

I want you to detach from your ego,

Detach from your personality,

Detach from your reputation,

Detach from your childhood,

Detach from your identity.

Let go of all that you think you are in this life.

This may be a release of images that you perceive yourself to be.

It may be a release of your job,

Your labels,

Your responsibilities,

Your debts,

Your actions,

Your wants and desires.

It's a release of all that you think yourself to be up to this point in your life.

Watch as chunks of color,

Images and forms are released from your body and transmuted through the cocoon of light.

You're now going to unzip from your shell,

Your human suit.

You're going to unzip the physical body you occupy now and allow it to be released into the cocoon of light to be transmuted immediately.

What you are left with now is your core self,

Your divine core,

A radiant,

Vibrant,

Eternal source of divine energy.

A perfect expression of the universe.

This is what you truly are at the core of you.

This is your divine potential,

Your divine expression and what you can access for all the knowledge and wisdom you would like to know in this lifetime.

This is a direct link to the source of all.

Feel the power,

The love that you are in this moment.

Pure,

Loving radiance.

Divine potential.

You are capable of anything you wish in this life.

You are here for a reason and that reason is to be you.

The rarest expression of source there is.

Access this divine potential within you to steer you in the direction you want to go.

It will align you with all the support and love you could possibly need and more.

It will bring you into perfect harmony and alignment with all things.

Be in this divine alignment for a few moments now and allow yourself to access any information or guidance you need in this moment.

Allow the information to come to you effortlessly and feel the truth of what comes to mind.

Now,

All that you released into the cocoon of light is coming back through,

Perfectly harmonized and radiant.

Allow all this energy to fill you up now,

To fill every crevice of your body with perfectly harmonized energy.

See your essence of light begin to take the shape of your physical body again.

Feel how every cell of your body is harmonized and filled with light and love.

Feel the joy and gratitude and bliss of this moment and know that you can create it anytime you are a perfect rare expression of life on this planet.

Allow yourself to access the space to begin filling your life with more moments of joy,

Peace,

Radiance,

Love and harmony.

Thank your higher self for its infinite wisdom and for being with you through this meditation.

Remember that you can access and align with your higher self in any moment to become the truest expression of who you are.
