Hi, I’m Tonya Phillips — a certified meditation guide, midlife model, and style coach. I’m also the creator of Not So Darlin’, a space where I help women in midlife clear the clutter — in their minds, their closets, and their lives. My own healing journey includes recovery from anorexia, body dysmorphia, and years of disconnection. Now, I teach women to reconnect with themselves through breath, body awareness, and personal style — in a way that feels real, grounded, and doable. I believe in embracing both the darlin’ and the not so darlin’ parts of ourselves — because peace isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being present. I’m a proud boy mom (my only just started college!) and a new empty nester figuring it out with my husband here in Kentucky — one imperfect, beautiful day at a time.
