Good morning,
Darling.
Before the world asks anything of you,
Let's return to the place inside you that already knows the truth.
Maybe you woke up wishing you could go back to sleep,
Or maybe you woke up knowing you need a softer start,
A reawakening into clarity and alignment.
If you're still in bed,
Cover yourself up and get cozy.
If you're already up,
Find a comfortable position,
Maybe sitting upright in bed.
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your jaw,
And then gently close your eyes,
Or place an eye pillow over them.
Let your breath fall into a slow,
Gentle rhythm.
Take a deep breath in,
And a long,
Unhurried breath out.
One more time,
Breathing in possibility and exhaling anything left over from yesterday.
Place a hand on your heart or your belly,
Wherever feels best for you,
And now quietly,
Without forcing anything,
Ask yourself,
What is my inner knowing trying to tell me this morning?
Don't chase the answer,
Let it rise naturally.
Maybe it's a feeling,
A whisper,
A sensation in the body.
Whatever comes,
Let it be enough.
Where do I feel guided today?
Is it towards slowing down,
Toward courage,
Toward presence,
Toward something new,
Or is it something you've been avoiding?
Let intuition,
Not pressure,
Answer.
Now bring attention to your heart space and ask,
What truth about myself do I need to remember this morning?
Maybe it's your worth,
Your strength,
Your softness,
Your resilience,
Or your ability to choose again,
Or to simply let what is already be enough.
Let that truth settle into your body,
Hold it,
Breathe it,
Trust it,
And now let the words of Rumi wash over you.
There is a voice that doesn't use words,
Listen.
Let that truth settle into you as you breathe.
Your inner knowing doesn't shout,
Darling,
It whispers.
Finally ask yourself,
What energy do I want to lead with today?
Is it ease,
Confidence,
Clarity,
Or peace?
Whatever rises,
Let it be your anchor.
Take one last deep breath in and hold it gently,
And then release it softly.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Let your eyes slowly reopen and come back to your morning with clarity and alignment.
Move through your day guided by your inner knowing,
It will never lead you wrong.
Thank you for beginning your morning here with me,
Darling.
