This is a short guided meditation to reduce or eliminate throbbing or piercing headaches. You can even listen to it more than once at a time if you have time to work on the pain and reduce it to a large extent.

Hi,

Do not listen to this audio when your mind requires your conscious attention.

Let's get started with this fast pain relief guided audio for headaches.

I would like you to close your eyes and sit comfortably on a chair or lay on a bed.

And I wonder if you could take a deep breath.

Inhale deeply from your nose.

Hold it for a second and exhale from your mouth.

That's right.

Take another deep breath.

Inhale deeply from your nose.

Hold the breath for a second and exhale from your mouth.

Now let's take the third deep breath.

Inhale deeply from your nose.

Hold it for a second and exhale from your mouth.

That's right.

And I wonder if you could now imagine a ball of blue light just above your head.

The calming blue light that has the ability to eliminate the red throbbing or piercing pain in the head.

Just imagine that wonderful magical ball of blue light just above your head that gives a nice comforting feeling.

And you're going to imagine or visualize that the blue ball of light covers you from all sides with its calming energy.

And it is so wonderful to be sitting inside the light that takes away all the discomfort from your body,

Isn't it?

In a moment you will notice that the blue calming energy enters your head from the top of your head and reaches the area where you feel the most discomfort.

And as it reaches the area where you feel the most pain or discomfort,

You notice that it slowly starts to calm down the redness of the pain.

It's like how the blue cold water can calm down the fierce red fire.

That's right.

And I wonder if you could notice a small dial in your mind with numbers around it from 10 down to zero.

Perhaps right now it is set at seven or five and when you turn it up the discomfort goes up and when you turn it down the discomfort goes down.

And I'm going to count down from seven down to zero and with each count down the pain will reduce to quite an extent.

So starting now at seven,

Turn it down,

Six,

Five,

Four,

The pain is fading away at three,

Two,

One and zero.

It is almost gone.

And you will notice that there is another smaller dial for the residual pain with numbers running around it from three down to zero.

And I wonder if you can turn it down to zero to eliminate the pain completely.

Three,

Two,

One and zero.

Completely gone.

And anytime in future if you have pain in your head,

Simply turn the pain down by turning down the dial to zero and you will be free from any discomfort.

I am going to leave you here for a few moments so that you enjoy this beautiful state of relaxation.

In a moment I am going to count you up from one to five.

At five you will be fully awake,

Feeling great about yourself.

So start coming up with one,

Higher up with two,

Further up with three,

All your mental,

Emotional,

Physical,

Spiritual bodies aligned at four.

At five,

Eyes open,

Wide awake.

Again,

Hurting,

Hurting.
