This is a deeply relaxing and soothing sleep inducer to help you fall asleep easily and soundly. This practice combines relaxation techniques, mindfulness practice, and breathwork. It also contains binaural beats within the music to entrain your brainwaves to delta sleep state.

Close your eyes.

Feel the weight of your head supported by the surface beneath it.

Allow it to soften into this support.

Surrender the weight of your head.

And let it soften into this support even more.

As you do so.

Allow your neck and shoulders to soften into the surface beneath them.

Surrender any holding in your neck and shoulders to this support.

Let it all begin to soften and flow out and away.

And allow your neck and shoulders to soften into the support even more.

Allow your arms and hands to soften into the surface beneath them.

Surrender any holding in your arms and hands to this support.

Let it begin to soften and flow out and away.

Feel the weight of your back,

Chest and belly supported by the surface beneath them.

As you do so,

Allow them to soften into this support.

Surrender any holding in your back,

Your chest and your belly to the support.

Let it all begin to soften and flow out and away.

Feel the weight of your legs being supported by the surface beneath them.

Feel the weight of your whole body being supported from head to toe.

Let the length of your body soften into the support even more.

With each out-breath,

Let the whole of your body soften and take more of the support beneath it.

Layer by layer,

Your physical body softening into resting.

Softening and releasing in layers as your breath ebbs and flows.

On the gentle expansion of your in-breath and the relax of your out-breath.

Expansion and relax.

The gentle expansion as air flows in,

The relax as air flows out.

The warmth of expansion.

The surrender to relax.

Softening with the expansion.

Softening into the relax.

Ebbing and flowing like gentle waves on a shore.

And just like waves smooth the shore,

Taking debris far out to sea.

Allow your breath to smooth and soothe you.

Welcoming the warmth of your in-breath.

Surrendering into the release of your out-breath.

The warmth of the in.

The release of the out.

Letting the warmth of the in-breath gently spread and radiate through the whole of your body.

Letting the release of the out-breath gently wash over and cleanse the whole of your body.

Letting the release of the out.

Now letting the warmth spread and radiate through every aspect of your being.

Nourishing you.

Helping you not go into sleep.

Letting go with your mind into sleep.

Going deeper.

Letting go with your body into deep sleep.

By surrender to sleep.

Letting go into sleeping deeply.

Every level of your being softening into sleep.

Softening into sleep in yourself.

Softening into deep rest now.
