Find yourself in a comfortable position.

Settle.

Breathe deeply.

Witness how you feel in your body.

Call in a feeling of home.

Feel as though there's roots growing out from the base of your spine.

Connecting you deep into the very center of the earth.

Ground yourself.

Feel your body settle.

Feel your mind settle.

Settle into your soul.

What's true in you?

Every moment has its messages.

What's the message in this moment?

What message is in your body?

What is alive in you now?

Can you name it?

What does it feel like?

Where is it in your body?

Is it moving or still?

How easy is it to accept this part of yourself?

Can you open your door and welcome it?

Just notice.

Can you invite it to take a seat and pour it some tea?

If so,

Pull up a chair.

This part of you may just be here to share a message with you.

Just noticing what happens within you without judgment.

Just curiosity.

How would it feel to take a good look at this part of you?

Hold its hand and ask it what it's here to teach you.

And then,

What is it like to listen with patience?

The answer may come in the form of an image,

A feeling,

A knowing,

A sign.

So notice whatever experience you are having.

Just relax and be.

Allow the message to come through easily as your breath flows naturally.

What would it feel like to ask this part of you what it means?

And again,

Listen.

Allow.

Do you feel a deeper connection with yourself?

Perhaps a greater tenderness and appreciation?

This part of you deeply desires love just like you.

What would it feel like to hug this part of you and to whisper your gratitude into its ear?

Thank you.

I love you.

So many questions I have along the way.

So little answers by the end of the day.

But I learned by now that the lesson is every moment has its messages.

Well,

It didn't go out your butt.

I truly love who I've become.

I'm settling down into my soul.

Finding me out.

I'm feeling at home.

Coming together.

The planets align.

Rooted for once.

Uniting body and mind.

Oh,

It's been a long time.

Oh,

I'm finally settling in.

Into my soul.

So many places I still have left to be.

So many sages I still have left to meet.

For all the sights to see.

And all the things to do.

No matter where I go.

I'll always come right home to you with me.
