This guided practice is designed to help you open your heart more and begin to connect to more elevated states of emotions in order that you change your field of energy and reality. The practice is based upon the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza, and John Jones. It pulls from the disciplines of self-hypnosis, yogic scriptures, meditation, and other esoteric and healing practices that help us open our heart and raise our vibration. In this guided practice, you'll be guided to connect to your 4th energy center, your heart, in different ways so that you can feel and open your heart and experience a state of elevated emotions. Practicing this meditation as often as possible, will help with healing, manifestation, creativity, stress-relief, connection, self-love and self-confidence, harmony in relationships, and feeling more and more whole and unconditionally loving, and give you a greater capacity to access the field of consciousness where all possibilities are available.

Opening your heart and connecting to the field.

This meditation is inspired by the teachings of Dr.

Jody Spencer and karmic healer John Jones,

As well as esoteric practices of meditations and techniques of breathing and healing.

By practicing this meditation,

You can increase your awareness of your heart center,

Expand it,

And begin to be more and more aware and connected to the field of infinite possibilities around you.

Therefore,

Allowing you to create new experiences of joy,

Awe,

Unconditional love,

Gratitude,

Appreciation,

And many more inspired states of being.

So when you're ready,

Find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down.

Once you're comfortable,

Allow your body to relax more so that you can feel even more comfortable.

Gently close your eyes with the intention of going within,

Of relaxing more,

Of letting go more.

Using the breath to bring even more relaxation in your body by inhaling relaxation through your body and exhaling,

Letting go of all the tensions.

Lengthening your exhales,

Inhaling through your nose,

Exhaling out of your mouth,

Letting go.

Let yourself feel how much deeper,

How much more relaxed you can become as you intend to,

And you let the breath and the body do the rest.

Now become aware of your body in space.

And become aware of the space that your body occupies in space.

Allow your awareness to expand into space all around you.

And find yourself relaxing even more.

As you continue to open and expand into space,

Bring your awareness in the area of your heart center and simply feel what you feel there.

Becoming aware of your heart center in space and the space that it occupies in space.

Notice that as your awareness of space and the space of your heart center in space continues to increase,

This space also expands,

The heart feels more relaxed,

More open,

And the body feels also more relaxed and open.

Continue to open and expand your body and your heart center in space,

Expanding your awareness of the space around your heart center.

Now gently smile,

And as you smile,

Notice how your heart feels in space and how the field around your heart feels in space.

And if you can smile a little more and notice the changes in the space of your heart in space,

In the field around your heart in space as you smile.

As you keep your awareness on your heart center in space and you continue to smile and expand.

Notice how your heart feels.

And pay attention to the field around your heart and how that space feels.

And begin to breathe through the space of your heart.

Breathing through your heart center.

Feeling.

As you connect to your breath and you connect to your feelings,

The field around your heart continues to expand in space.

And you become more and more aware and sensitive to this expansion of the field around your heart.

And you smile more.

And you feel your heart responding in space.

And the field around your heart responding in space to your gentle smile.

As you keep your awareness on your heart in space.

On your breath.

On how good it feels to breathe through your heart.

On how good it feels to feel your heart.

And to feel it expand.

To feel the field around your heart in space continuously expanding.

As the field around your heart in space continues to expand.

You feel more and more relaxed.

More and more expanded,

Open.

As if you were floating in space.

With all of your awareness in the space of your heart center in space.

Smiling.

Expanding.

Breathing.

Feeling.

Expanding.

Smiling some more.

Continuously expanding this field around your heart.

Remaining aware of this expansion in space.

And how good it feels when your heart opens.

Expands.

And you can feel the field around your heart in space expanding more and more.

With each and every breath.

With each and every feeling.

With each and every smile.

As the field around your heart in space continues to expand.

You connect to new energies.

New vibrations.

Of love.

Of unconditional love.

And you feel your heart responding to this vibration of unconditional love.

Expanding even more in space.

You connect to feelings of appreciation.

And feel the way that your heart responds to this vibration.

To the feeling of appreciation.

And you connect to gratitude.

Feelings of gratitude.

The energy signature of gratitude.

And you breathe these different energies in the space of your heart.

You connect to them.

You feel them.

And you notice how your heart responds to each and every one of them.

Exploring the field around your heart in space.

And how your heart responds to the different vibrations in the field around it in space.

Feelings of awe.

Of being unlimited.

Feelings of joy.

Being blessed.

Whichever elevated emotion or feeling you connect with in the field.

Allow yourself to simply feel it.

And see how your heart responds.

When you tune into this vibration,

This energy.

And as you explore more and more in the realm of feelings and elevated emotions.

As you learn to map and know the space of your heart.

Of your beautiful heart in space.

Choose an elevated emotion that you want to feel more of.

That you want to cultivate.

That you want to learn to know more.

To experience more of.

And as you connect to the vibration.

The energy of this elevated emotion.

Allow yourself to feel what you feel.

And continue to expand and unfold.

The space of your heart in space.

Letting the field of your heart be filled with this vibration.

With this elevated emotion.

Tuned into it.

Attuned to it.

One with it.

Now in this state of awe or bliss.

Feeling unlimited or blessed.

Grateful.

Appreciative.

In love with your life.

In love with yourself.

Feeling joyful.

Feeling whatever emotion you're choosing to feel in this present moment in time.

Whatever emotion you're resonating with in the field of your heart in space.

Slowly begin to come back to your physical body bringing this vibration,

This energy into your entire body.

Feeling the energy of this emotion change your entire energy field.

And in this state of elevated emotion of coherence.

Slowly begin to deepen your breath.

Feeling yourself in the room or the space that you're in.

In your body grounded.

Your body that has gotten an upgrade.

Your body that has received an upgrade.

Recharged,

Renewed,

Changed,

Healed.

And when you're ready in a new space,

In a new time,

In a new body,

With a new field.

You can gently and lovingly open your eyes.
