Open & Activate Your Third Eye

In this meditation, we guide you through a short and effective process that helps open and activate your third eye by clearing blockages in this part of your energy system and circulating new and pure energy through it. There are various techniques that can help you open and activate your third eye chakra. You can choose one that most resonates with you and that gives you the kinds of results that you prefer.

Opening and activating your third eye. This meditation is inspired by the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza and ancient traditions of meditation and esoteric teachings. Begin by finding a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down. Let your body get really comfortable. And when you find that you're comfortable, Close your eyes. Now as you close your eyes, Now begin to relax your body more. How much more relaxed can you become? How much more open can you become? How much more tension can you release from your physical body and your muscles? Imagine, Feel or visualize a wave of energy flowing down from the crown of your head all the way down to your toes. And as this wave of energy moves through your body, Your body relaxes more and more. As your body relaxes, You get a sense of space. Space within your head cavity. In space. Space within your neck. In space. Aware of the space within your chest. In space. The space in your navel. In space. Aware of the space within your entire body. In space. As this wave of energy, Relaxing energy, Healing energy, Spiritual energy, Continues to flow through you, You find yourself expanding further and further in space. Conscious and aware of the spaciousness of your body and the spaciousness of space all around your body. Feel the space within and around you. Sense the volume of space within your body and all around your body. Aware of the space, Sensing the space all around you. Place your awareness at your third eye. Feel the space in between your two eyebrows just above, Moving back into your head cavity until you sense you feel the pineal gland at the center of your head cavity. Maintaining your awareness on the pineal gland, On the space of your third eye in space. Feeling, Sensing, Aware that you are aware of this space. Becoming aware of any thought, Any emotion, Any belief, Any fear, Any pattern, Any energies in this space. Feel the intention through your observation of clearing, Healing and releasing any detrimental patterns, Any energies that are not serving you in this space. As you maintain your awareness in this space, Sensing, Feeling, Experiencing whatever is surfacing in that moment. Experiencing whatever is surfacing in each moment. You feel more and more relaxed, Continuously expanding into space. As you maintain your awareness in this space, You feel the energy building up in this space, More and more energy building up at the center of your brain, The center of your head cavity. In your pineal gland. Maybe you experience it as light, Feeling sensations, Thoughts, Emotions, Energy. Whatever you become aware of, Simply observe and feel. Continue to observe and feel within space. Detached, Disidentified, One with space. Now imagine or feel that you can breathe through this space. And as you breathe the light, The love of pure consciousness through this space, Let yourself feel what you feel. Breathing and feeling this space. Feeling the energy building up and this space expanding, Activating as you place your energy in this space, In space. Now as you continue to place your awareness and feel the space in space at the pineal gland. Imagine or feel that you can breathe from the front of your forehead through the pineal gland out through the back of your head. Consciously and intentionally moving breath, Moving energy through the space of your third eye in space. As you inhale and follow the flow of breath and energy, Feel the third eye, The pineal gland activating, Opening more. And as you exhale, Feel any tension, Any pattern, Any belief, Any fears, Any thoughts. Any energies in this space from the past, Dissolving, Clearing, Healing, Releasing completely from the space of the third eye. Bringing in, Circulating new energy through the space of the third eye with each and every breath. Clearing, Healing and releasing more and more accumulated patterns and energies as you exhale. Imagine or feel that the energy that is flowing from the front of your forehead through your head cavity, Activating the pineal gland at the center and moving out through the back, Is creating a larger and larger space like a tunnel through which more and more energy can flow into your pineal gland, Allowing for more and more new energy to flow in and more and more old energy to flow out. Clearing, Healing, Releasing any blockages, Any accumulated energy. More and more expansion, More and more activity in your pineal gland, Feeling tingles at the level of your forehead, The entire forehead tingling, Opening. Allowing for more clarity in a vision, In a wisdom as the third eye or the first eye opens and activates. Filled with a deep sense of inner knowing, A capacity to see, To know what is ahead of you, To see your future clearly, To anticipate as you move into the field and you feel your future into the field through this process. More and more aware and conscious, More and more in tune with your intuition, Trusting your inner guidance. Maybe you see images, Maybe you just sense your life, Your future. As you open and activate your third eye more and more through this process of awareness and the placement of your attention and your energy in this space. Become aware of the ease with which you can connect to the field as you activate your pineal gland and cultivate your intuition. Fill yourself in the flow of life. Connecting to the field, Transmitting your intentions with clarity in the field. Breathing and feeling, Opening yourself more and more, Trusting. And now with the depth of this experience, Slowly coming back into your body, Into a new body. Still aware that you're aware, Aware of the space where your pineal gland is, Aware of your third eye, Of your inner wisdom, Of your capacity to see, To know. Feeling yourself in this new body, In the space that you're in. Feeling grounded in your body and relaxed. Slowly deepening your breath. Aware and alert in your body. And when you're ready, Gently opening your eyes.
