In this first module, our main focus is building the home of your relationship from the ground up. Creating a safe home and safe space is of the utmost importance for you to both flourish and thrive. This is where we lay the foundations for a happy, healthy and sustainable relationship.

What Do You Stand For?

Our individual and unique core values are essential when doing this work to navigate and highlight who we each are and what we each stand for. Learning to understand and translate our inner, unspoken language is what we focus on today.

Showing Up

When a specific part of the brain registers a positive flow of energy, it knows that the person associated with the energy is connected to safety. This leads to you and the person giving you that positive energy, connecting on a deeper unconscious level. Here's where we implement that.

Lição 4

Conscious Communication

In this module we deep dive head first into conscious communication. Communication is a fundamentally important aspect of the human experience. From linguistics to body language to the energy we give off, and it's a game changing tool for healthy relationships.

Lição 5

Embody And Become

For the final day we embark on two practices. The first is an inner child practice, where we connect with younger you. The next is a practice to connect to future you, to set clear intentions of the person you want to become and the relationship you want to create. The main message from this final day, is that it all starts within you.
