Day one is an opportunity to recalibrate your nervous system. Through breath, compassionate awareness and intention we open to the possibility that soothing ourselves is an act of rebellion in these productivity driven and divided times. The less structured component of the meditation allows you to drop deeper into a sense of balance and spaciousness. Enjoy.

Spacious Heart
Day two invites you to cultivate a sense of spaciousness within your physical and energetic body so that you can feel your heart more deeply. The less structured aspect of the meditation uses colour and sacred geometry to drop you deeper into a sense of compassion and tenderness for your own life, for those you love and for the planet.

The Garden Of Your Mind
Day three is an opportunity to meet the thoughts within your mind with a sense of spaciousness, awareness and compassion. During the deeper component of our practice, you will explore what observing the natural flow of your experiences with compassion feels like.
Lição 4
Softening Into Our Challenges
Day four begins with cultivating a sense of balance and equilibrium so that we can then meet a challenge we are facing, a part of life that feels uncomfortable or messy, with compassion. During the more spacious element of the practice, we will drop deeper into expansion and possibility.
Lição 5
Shared Humanity
Day five is an opportunity to offer compassion to others, including those we often compare ourselves to. During the more specious element of your practice, you will be invited to surrender into your inner world and the joy that comes from the natural ebb and flow of sensation, breath and vitality.
Lição 6
Future Self
Day 6 is a beautiful opportunity to connect to your future self and receive the steady wisdom they have for you. In the more spacious component of your practice, you will drop deep into the possibility of a life that feels joyful, loving and easeful, all while increasing your capacity for stillness.
Lição 7
Loving Kindness
In our final practice together we connect with the grounded sense of compassion that has grown within us over the last week together and intentionally share it with the world. After all, we don’t just meditate to soften our own suffering, we meditate so that we can show up more fully in the world. In the less structured element of the practice, we will explore compassion as an energetic vibration and use a mantra to send it out to touch the lives of humans, animals and the planet.
