Our world is filled with activity and constant interaction.
Our bowls are constantly being filled.
This meditation will help you remove some of the things from your bowl.
You will learn to relax and let go of the days stresses.
You will lie down on your back in a comfortable position to feel the full impact of the relaxation technique.
At the end of the meditation you will hear a soft chime in my voice to bring your awareness to the present moment.
Find a comfortable place to lie down.
Lie flat on your back and place your hands across your lower abdomen.
Begin breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
Take your time and breathe in and out at your own pace.
As you continue breathing adjust your body until you are comfortable.
Close your eyes and take a moment to adjust your body as needed.
Take your time and breathe in and out at your own pace.
As you continue breathing adjust your body until you are comfortable.
Find your own breathing rhythm.
Continue breathing in and feel your breath moving through your body.
Connect with your breathing rhythm.
Breathe in and out at your own pace.
Feel the air moving through your body as you breathe.
Feel the air filling your lungs and your chest.
Begin to mentally scan your body to become aware of any areas that feel tight or tense.
Keep breathing in and out through your nose.
If you feel tight or tense in a specific area begin to focus your thoughts on releasing the tension there.
Continue breathing at your own pace.
Say the following affirmations in your mind as you continue breathing.
