Keep drinking as much as you can visualize taking in this beautiful golden liquid which flows into every single part of your body.
As you keep drinking,
This liquid nourishes and heals every single part of you.
You stop drinking and you notice that the cup isn't empty.
In fact,
The cup is still full.
This cup represents your ability to nourish your own needs.
Take another drink knowing that you are healing every single part of you that requires some love.
You always have the ability to nourish yourself and tend to your own needs.
