Find a comfortable seated position with the spine nice and tall.
Maybe keeping the hands facing down over the knees and gently tuck the chin in.
Let's inhale,

Maybe continuing that rhythm,
Feeling the body.
Energize yourself.
Wash over with a sense of peace and energy for your day.
Begin to imagine yourself completing whatever task.
Imagine to visualize all the things you'd like to complete today.
Create an image.
Maybe imagining the sights and sounds around you.
Imagine the feelings arising in the body.
Knowing that whatever the day brings you,
We have the confidence and endurance to make it through.
Imagine whatever challenge that lies ahead is met with your highest self.
Finding yourself,
You can always return to your breath when things feel like they're too much.
Simply returning to a place within when you feel everything become heavy.
Using your breath to re-energize and come to this space of calm whenever you are met with today's challenges.
Maybe imagining moving through your day with a sense of ease and peace.
Releasing any resistance that ever comes towards you to be exactly what you need.
