During this technique,

I will guide you through a manipulation of your breath that will induce calm and peace over the mind and body.

This breath is helpful for releasing anxiety,

Nervousness,

Or tension and can be used in any circumstance.

It doesn't need to just be practiced in the home,

You can use it outside,

In the car,

At your office,

Really at any point.

Practice this from anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes to feel the full impact.

Get yourself in a comfortable seat if you can.

If not,

You can practice this technique standing,

With the eyes closed or open.

Using any hand,

Block off the right nostril,

Breathing in through the left for 7.

Close off both nostrils and hold for 7.

Exhale through the right for 7.

Breathing in through the right,

Blocking off the left for 7.

Close off both and hold for 7.

Exhale through the left for 7.

Hold.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Breathe.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Release the breath.

Breathe in through your nose.

And exhale,

Let it go.

Two more,

Breathe.

Last one.

And exhale.

Feeling any weight of anxiety or tension release from the body.
