Welcome to your morning meditation.
Taking even just a few minutes each morning to ground in,
Set intention,
Reset the nervous system,
Simply slow down the thoughts.
Can truly change the trajectory of your entire day.
Some days we wake up ready to go and other days we wake up simply just not interested in facing the day.
Close the eyes down here together,
Get yourself in a comfortable position.
Let's breathe in,
Fill the belly and exhale,
Let it go.
Breathe in,

Fill your belly and let it go.
Just taking a few moments here to notice your natural breath.
Simply tuning in here at the heart center.
Just feeling into that space and now dropping down into the belly,
Just noticing your belly rising and falling as you breathe in and out.
Just tuning in to the basics,
Being grateful for our body for this very moment.
Noticing that all is well here and now,
Maybe becoming grateful for our body itself,
The breath that we breathe.
Reminding ourselves that no matter what occurs in our day,
What life throws at us,
We have the ability and strength to always return back home within ourselves to find that safe haven within our body,
Within the very breath that we breathe,
To find that comfort we can create for ourselves just like we're doing right here and now.

Finishing off here by affirming I trust myself.
I believe all things coming towards me are for my greatest good.
I know I can take on any obstacle that comes my way.
