Welcome to your best day yet.
Before you begin,
Press your feet firmly into the earth,
Shoulders down and away from the earth and tall and straight,
Relaxed,
Spine.
Together we'll breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
With each breath,
Soften a little bit more.
Allow your belly to expand with these breaths.
As you exhale,
Draw your navel back towards your beautiful spine.
Soften your gaze.
If you haven't started yet,
Begin now.
In.
Now.
In.
And out.
In.
Out.
Continue with this breath pattern.
And as you breathe in,
Expand your creation center.
And as you exhale,
Soften a little more.
And notice if your shoulders are rising up and down.
Could you gently allow them to come down and stay?
Your exhale is your ability to meet the edges of the moment.
Your exhale is access to the unknown and unseen.
If the night comes,
Let it come and return with joy and love and bliss to the deep belly breath.
Your vision has taken on a life of its own.
And you are the vessel,
The channel for it to flow through.
So on your next inhale,
Draw the deepest and fullest breath you have so far.
Hold.
And on your exhale,
Make a sound and a sigh of pure,
Rich indulgence.
As you awaken,
You arrive,
Expanded life in this body,
In this moment,
And your vision unfolding.
Now.
And as you go about your day to day,
Continue to transcend the paradox of stillness,
First movement,
Knowing.
At the edge of your exhale,
You meet the moment and in this space,
All possibilities are yours.
