Making your way down into your most comfortable posture and making any final adjustments to find that extra little bit of ease and comfort.
And when you're ready,
Closing your eyes.
Today's practice is the practice of discernment.
Your body is a gift from God.
A vehicle for which to experience your ultimate and divine evolution.
Listen to it.
Listen.
When you feel the murmur in your heart,
The flutter in your belly,
The tension across the shoulders,
Listen.
Every sensation is your truth seeking to be heard.
And every truth you feel in the body.
Every emotion that springs forth from the stillness below.
This is the world trying to love you even deeper.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Belly rise.
And with a soft and gentle sigh,
Exhale and sink into your beautiful body.
Letting your breath return to its natural normal state.
Think below the raging waters of what you should be thinking,
Feeling.
And instead embrace and surrender the soft and gentle waves of who you really are at the bottom of the ocean.
However your breath is perfect,
Fast or slow,
Shallow or deep.
However the breath is,
Merely notice and notice the sensation as it moves across the upper lip.
And if you find your mind wandering to story or memory,
Acknowledge and thank and come back to your natural and normal breath.
Notice any sensations in the body and instead of seeking to change them,
Can you relax around them,
Expand,
Send gratitude and come back to the natural breath.
It is our attachment to what we think it should be that prevents us from being everything we are.
And you notice who is thinking,
From whence did they come and where do they go.
And deeply to this unfathomable stillness within.
And when you're ready,
Deepen your breath in through the nose and sigh out.
This discernment is the capacity to listen to the most quiet parts of your innermost being.
Repeat out loud after me and listen what is here for me.
And whether you receive an answer or not,
Know you are immersed in the art of discerning your truth.
And though you hear golethously or not,
The deepest parts of your soul are grateful.
That you are learning to listen.
And notice the pressure from your clothes be in the floor scene.
And as you are ready,
Begin to move fingers and toes.
Placing a hand over your heart and wound and with a deep belly breath,
Honour your truth.
Exhale.
Fluttering open your eyes and see your magnificence reflected back at you.
