Thank you so much, Katie. I’m fairly new to doing breath work. I started off with some very intense breath work, I really didn’t know what I was getting into! Even though I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. But since then I’ve been looking for something shorter and slower, yet still effective. Something that I can follow along and feel in my body and concentrate on my breath and feel my breath going into different parts of my body. You lead the breath work so lovingly and I enjoy your voice so much. I will definitely be back for more of your lessons. God bless.

Extremely helpful. As a child I was anemic and suffered childhood trauma. Recently, I have discovered the name of my breathing disorder that I carried into my adulthood. Stop Breathing Spells were something that I had no awareness of. It took others observing me in stressful situations to point it out. I also have nerve issues in my hands and arms due to keyboarding. I believe that I need to relearn how to breathe properly. I’m familiar with other breath work methods, but this approach seems to be what I need. This is my first session. I look forward to practicing more. Thank you. 💙🙏🏽💙
