Really lovely breathwork track. My little one even enjoyed listening to this and fell asleep in my arms while I practiced. Will be returning to this regularly. Shame it ended so abruptly instead of fading out, the music was lovely.

Thank you so much, Katie. I’m fairly new to doing breath work. I started off with some very intense breath work, I really didn’t know what I was getting into! Even though I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. But since then I’ve been looking for something shorter and slower, yet still effective. Something that I can follow along and feel in my body and concentrate on my breath and feel my breath going into different parts of my body. You lead the breath work so lovingly and I enjoy your voice so much. I will definitely be back for more of your lessons. God bless.
