Hello,
Friends.
This is your permission to relax.
Take time for yourself and nurture your heart,
Your mind,
Your body.
I recommend doing this meditation out in nature or As you make yourself comfortable and maybe close your eyes,
Visualize your favorite place outdoors.
Breathing in the fresh air allowing it to revitalize you.
Noticing how your body feels in connection with the earth or whatever you might be sitting or laying down on.
Allow everything else going on in your day in your life to fall away as you turn inward and focus on your breath moving in and out.
Have you taken time to nurture yourself lately?
Besides practicing meditation,
What would that look like in your day to day?
Is it simply spending time in nature?
Or being creative.
Looking your best in order to feel your best.
Taking care of yourself mentally.
Physically and emotionally is not selfish.
Avoiding rest and self-care delays fruition and abundance.
Devoting time to yourself helps bring clarity and security.
Imagine yourself sitting on a throne.
A throne made with nature.
The leaves and foliage,
Flowers.
Wood,
Moss.
Something sturdy yet soft.
Claim this moment of rest.
You deserve it.
Diving into self-care allows you to generate force.
Much like the force that turns seed into a tree.
This moment of gentle restoration is actually alchemized into power and abundance.
And when you care for yourself,
And you express yourself,
And you feel your best,
The results come naturally.
But they are the seeds that give you the power.
It is a natural momentum.
It is instinct.
It is wisdom.
Pulling inward helps create connection.
It creates a love within.
In nurturing.
And nothing is more transformative than love.
But it starts with yourself.
Allowing yourself to rest and love yourself.
Avoiding the rest and the self-care that delays the progress creates a hold.
On your expression.
On your abundance.
Consider the natural rhythms of life.
Sometimes things need to grow.
But sometimes things need to rest.
Release the control.
Allow it to be natural.
You are sitting upon your throne of nature.
But you are part of nature as well.
Just as much as nature grows and rests.
You need the same.
And just as nature does not apologize for being too much or too little,
It just is.
You do not need to apologize either.
You are just as great and abundant as the world around you.
Feeling back into your body.
Noticing where it is coming in contact with the surface beneath you Feeling that grounding.
Tingling sensation.
Give yourself a breath of rest.
Perhaps this meditation has brought you some clarity around where you could allow for more rest in your life.
How you could incorporate more self-care and self-love.
How you might let go.
So things can grow.
Welcome in.
A final breath of fresh air,
Long and slow.
Exhale even slower Slowly blink your eyes open if they were closed.
Maybe shrug your shoulders.
Give yourself a tight squeeze and have a beautiful rest of your day.
Sending endless love.
And Divine Light.
