This is just for you.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in and let it go.
With every breath,
Sink in deeper to the surface that is supporting you.
Notice the sounds going on around you.
You can label them,
Acknowledge them and let them go.
Begin to tune them out.
Take a deep breath in and out.
If you have any thoughts that come up,
You can do the same.
Acknowledge them and let them go.
You can revisit them later,
But now is not the time.
Breathe in.
Have you been feeling disconnected lately?
Like it's hard to get in touch with yourself?
Or get in touch with the universe or source?
Or that voice?
Something that I always like to remember is that the experience of life is part of the path to enlightenment.
You can't forget to just live and experience freely.
It's not always about having profound,
Life-changing messages come through to you all the time.
It's not about feeling inspired every moment of every day.
We can take time in between.
Sometimes letting go of always searching for the divine really allows the meaningful lessons to come through.
It's in these moments we can find little reminders to ourselves or we can ask ourselves questions like,
Is this working?
Where is this going?
Can I do this differently?
It can be a time for reflection rather than momentum.
When things feel so foggy or nebulous,
We can take time to ground ourselves.
To come back down into our bodies.
To fortify our bodies.
To provide ourselves with nutritious foods.
Drinking lots of water.
Taking time to do something for ourselves that makes us feel grounded.
You might clean or declutter your space or cook your favorite meal.
Take a few moments just to focus on your breath and to ground yourself into your body.
Breathe in and as you exhale just let everything that you're trying to hold on to go.
Just be present in this moment with yourself.
Slowly place your hands on your heart.
Repeat the mantra either silently to yourself or aloud.
In the stillness my vision becomes clear.

Exhale.
Life is an ongoing rollercoaster of ups and downs.
Nothing is a constant steady progressive line.
Sometimes we may feel extremely connected to the divine,
To the universe.
Whatever we feel closest to.
And other times we may feel so disconnected that nothing feels certain.
This is okay my friend.
This is part of it.
These are the times to ground ourselves.
To be present.
To reflect and find gratitude in the mundane.
Take a deep breath.
You are here.
When you are ready you can bring a little bit of movement into your body.
Take a little stretch.
Begin to hear the sounds around you again.
And you can slowly blink your eyes open if they were closed.
With your hands on your heart take one last breath.
And be proud of yourself for showing up today.
For you.
