Hello friend.

Make your way to a comfortable seated or horizontal position.

Rest your hands next to you in your lap or on your knees with palms facing up to receive.

As you relax your forehead,

Face,

Jaw and eyelids,

Take a deep breath allowing tension to fall away.

Follow the natural rhythm of your breath as you become more and more relaxed.

The love you cultivate within becomes the love you receive without.

How do you cultivate love within yourself my friend?

Do you speak kindly to yourself?

Gift yourself things you find beautiful or fun?

Do you visit places that nourish your soul?

Loving yourself creates the vibration that attracts more love.

Begin to visualize the green glow of your heart chakra spinning within the center of your chest.

Place a hand or two there to help you connect.

As you reflect on ways you show yourself love,

Notice the green become more vibrant.

Don't only picture the things that you do but feel the way they make you feel.

Now rest your palms face up again to receive.

You could even extend your arms outward as if giving someone you love a hug.

Maybe it's yourself.

Take a deep breath taking in love.

Exhale wrapping your arms around yourself.

Hold here as you breathe.

Allow these ten affirmations to help you cultivate love either internally or externally.

Recite either aloud or within your heart.

Make yourself comfortable in a position to receive love.

I love and accept all parts of myself.

I am compassionate toward myself and others.

I forgive myself for mistakes I've made.

My heart is full of joy and gratitude.

I radiate love and kindness to those around me.

I take time to nourish my whole self.

Love flows through me freely.

I can access my heart's wisdom at any time.

I see the good in myself and the world.

I am love.

Allow these affirmations to sink in.

Notice your breath.

Notice your heartbeat.

Consider how you do or don't apply these concepts to yourself,

To others.

Loving yourself first allows love to expand and reach others.

Take a moment to tell your heart something it needs to hear right now.

One more loving breath in.

When ready,

Return to your physical awareness and surrounding environment.

Your heart is always with you.

It is the gateway to self and other,

Mind and body.

As above,

So below.

As within,

So without.

Sending endless love and divine light.
