Greetings,
I'm Barbara and I wanted to share how I start my day.
While still in the bed and usually after I meditate,
I say a series of statements and questions to set my intentions.
Here they are.
Dear Source,
Move me in the direction of my highest good this day.
Move my mind,
Move my body,
Move my thoughts,
Move my emotions,
And my feelings,
So that I may be my best,
Do my best,
Experience my best,
Feel my best,
Serve my best,
And share my best.
I am grateful for another day here on planet Earth.
I also say the five Reiki principles.
Just for today,
I will not worry.
Just for today,
I will not be angry.
Just for today,
I will be grateful.
Just for today,
I will do my work honestly.
And just for today,
I will be kind to every living thing.
I ask these questions from A Course in Miracles to relax and be open for guidance.
Where would you have me go?
What would you have me do?
What would you have me say and to whom?
I will often repeat the questions from A Course in Miracles later in the day for more clarity.
