I want you to think about a time you did something really well and how that felt.
Remind yourself of where you were.
Notice the details.
Who were you with,
If anyone?
What was the situation that made you feel so confident and smile?
As you bring yourself into that moment,
Really feel it in your body.
Think of all the details you can think of about that situation.
Remember the clothes you were wearing.
Remember the sounds that were where you were.
Was music playing?
Notice how your body feels as you remember this time where you felt extremely confident.
Smile again.
Place your hands right in the center of your chest.
Repeat after me.
I am able to accomplish anything I set my mind to.
I relax and listen for the right next steps.
I trust myself more than I ever have.
I am able to accomplish great things.
I am willing to be courageous in all situations.
My confidence is overflowing and I am grateful.
I love feeling strong and confident.
Feeling myself comes natural to me.
Notice how you feel in your body right now.
Take a big deep breath in through the nose and exhale with a loud sigh.
Take this feeling with you for the rest of your day.
