So go ahead and take a few minutes to adjust,
Wiggle around,
Maybe change your position.
And as you do that and you take some nice even deep breaths and you settle in,
Soften the belly,
Let the belly soften.
And as you take a few more nice deep slow breaths,
You might find that you want to adjust even more or find a place where you can be even more relaxed and comfortable.
As you inhale and exhale,
Just let the entire day drain off of you like it's just rolling from your shoulders down your arms and dripping off your fingertips.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Soften belly,
Hips relaxed,
Allowing that relaxation to flow down through your legs,
Relaxing all around your knees,
Your ankles,
All the way through your feet,
All of your toes,
Even the space between your toes feels relaxed.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And with this soft body,
It feels as if your head is just floating above your shoulders like a helium balloon,
Floating with lightness as there's more space in your brain,
Around your ears,
Your jaw releases,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And you can even feel all the little muscles around your eyes relaxing and becoming soft,
Smoothing out your forehead,
Relaxing the temples,
Cheeks,
Nose,
Even your tongue can relax.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And just scan your body a little bit,
See if there's anywhere else that you can soften,
Relax,
Maybe even just feel the chair or the bed or the floor,
Supporting you even more.
Continuing to breathe and letting go.
It feels so good just to take a few moments to let the body relax and the breath to deepen,
To free your mind,
Reflecting on all that you experienced today or maybe even over the past few days.
So take a few moments and just let your mind visit all the different experiences that you had and continue to breathe.
And just notice all that you've experienced today or in the past few days.
Continuing to breathe.
Stay with those memories as long as you'd like until you move on to the next one.
You may notice how you feel emotionally from this reflection of certain experiences.
You may want to bask in experiences that you recall that were pleasurable,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And then just take a few moments to reflect on all that brought you pleasure and send love and blessings and gratitude to all that you recall from your day or the past few days that brought you so much joy,
Love,
Pleasure,
Warmth,
Gratitude.
Give it lots of appreciation for a few moments.
Remember to breathe.
And then take a moment and notice if there was any time that you were out of alignment with who you are,
Your highest self,
Your best self.
And just take note of a time in this day or in the past few days where you could have maybe been a little bit more purposeful or mindful or kinder.
Just take a moment and reflect on that and re-envision it in the way that you could create a new pattern.
Just take a moment and imagine you had that opportunity again to be your best self.
Play that out for just a moment.
Sometimes it's not even with another person.
It might be within yourself.
Those come from a place of love and compassion,
Kindness,
Understanding,
Even if it's just for yourself.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Soft face,
Relaxed belly.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And then just let your mind be free.
Just kind of come and go wherever it wants to go.
Maybe focus on your breathing or the sensations in your body.
Notice how you feel emotionally.
Let your mind just be free.
And send love and blessings and gratitude to this day or this past few days.
No matter what happened,
If it was the best day or the worst day,
It's now in the past.
And so take a moment to be in this moment right here with a breath.
And settle into the chair,
The bed,
The floor.
Maybe adjust your body if you want to do that.
We're going to travel a little bit into your future.
And it could be tomorrow.
It could be the next hour.
It could be the rest of the week.
So just take a moment and decide what where would I like to go in my mind's eye with my future that is only in my imagination.
I may have some things written down.
I may have some plans.
I probably will have things that will come up that I don't know about.
And people that I may interact with that I didn't know I would be.
So take a moment to let your mind travel to the next day or even in the next hour or even in the week.
Being aware of all that you know at this point.
And as you continue to do this with nice deep breaths,
Send love,
Blessings and gratitude already into this future as your mind travels there.
And then bring to your awareness that there will be a change.
And then you can go back to your mind and experience it.
People,
Places,
Activities that you're not aware of right now consciously.
And send love,
Blessings and gratitude to all that you don't know.
Things that are unpredictable,
Uncertain,
Surprises,
Changes.
Take a breath and from your heart sent all that's in front of you.
Known and unknown.
Love,
Blessings and gratitude.
Nice deep breaths.
And then just as you reflected on your past and seeing yourself being your best self in times where it might be a little bit challenging.
Imagine yourself in the next hour or tomorrow or the rest of the week.
See and vision feel sense that you are coming from your highest best self and always with the knowledge awareness and understanding that you have at any given time.
Take a breath and embody that.
That intention.
Nice deep breaths.
Soft face.
Relax belly.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Good.
And know that any time you can come to this meditation.
Appreciating your past.
Sending love and gratitude into your future.
Creating this blueprint of yourself.
Coming from the highest best self.
Just by closing your eyes,
Taking a few breaths.
And setting this intention.
So give your mind some freedom to go wherever it wants to go.
Or maybe play in that possibility a little bit further.
With a soft relaxed belly.
With a face that's relaxed and soft.
With the heart that's open to love.
And blessings.
And gratitude.
And nice even breaths.
And if you'd like you can stay here a little bit longer.
Or you can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Maybe brushing your thumb against your fingertips.
Maybe taking a nicer deeper breath in and a nice long exhale out.
You can bring a little bit more sensation and movement into your body.
Moving on with the rest of your day.
