Body Miracle Let's fall still by taking a few deep,

Even breaths.

And whether you're sitting or standing,

And if you can stand,

Please do so.

Then just begin to move your back,

Maybe forward and back,

Or in a circle.

And you can maybe feel your ribcage moving too.

And then see how your shoulders can move.

Maybe roll the shoulders,

Or shrug them up,

And then as you exhale,

Drop your shoulders down.

Maybe your neck,

Your head also begins to move.

You could even allow the chin to guide the movement of your head and your neck.

And as you're breathing,

Nice and deep and even,

Allow at least the whole upper body,

Maybe even your hips,

But at least your upper body,

To just stretch and move.

Maybe even be creative in the movement,

Or just follow what feels good in your body as you're moving it.

And then take one more breath,

And just relish in the way that you can move your body.

Let this be a conscious gesture of gratitude to your body.

Anytime you can,

Become aware of your body moving,

Maybe even emphasize the movement.

So enjoy your body and the miracle that it is.

This was fantastic! As a beginner of meditation and yoga this seems to combine both in a way that so perfectly brings awareness to and helps release tension from the body. As a creative soul who just started sharing tracks on Insight Timer, releasing tension is so important to creative flow! This is already a favorite track having only done it once so far.
