Feel free to stretch a little or just nestle into your bed a bit more,

Making sure that you're comfortable.

Lie on your back and allow your legs to gently relax open.

And then let out a few sighs.

And let your breathing be natural and comfortable.

Now follow my voice,

Knowing that you are always safe.

Take a few deep breaths.
