This is a wonderful way to get music back that has direct safety cues. By the way, this comes from someone whose life has always been filled with a love for music and dancing. To loose trust that either can guide me to consistent safety, rather than to a place of shutdown, more isolation and/or painful tears that I feel disconnected from it, has been a loss I can not explain easily.
