Welcome to this guided meditation on manifesting the future you desire.
My name is Joy Brown and I will be guiding you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lie down and close your eyes.
To calm our bodies and mind,
Let's take some deep breaths in.
Fill our chest with air.
Hold our breath for a few seconds at the top and then exhale out through your mouth.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Place your focus on your heart space,
Tapping into your own love center.
Picture its energy surrounding you.
We all have our own ideas and notions of how our future should look.
Today though,
You're not going to focus on them.
Our goal is to tap into our unconscious and see what our higher self views for our future.
Take this moment to clear your mind of any preconceived ideas about your future.
Before you is a doorway,
One that will lead you to a version of your life,
Of your future,
That you have probably never considered.
Release any fear,
Any tension.
Take a deep breath if needed and when you are ready,
Walk through the doorway.
Hold no expectation on what is on the other side.
You've explored this future now for some time.
Give gratitude for all you have experienced.
Let the new truths and insights you have received into your heart space.
Know that all you have seen is possible and is meant for you.
Bring your awareness to your body now.
Begin to move your fingers and hands and open your eyes.
