Use this meditation as often as you need to bring healing to your family and relationships.
My name is Joy D.
Fanning and I will be leading you in today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down.
Move around and get comfortable.
To calm your body and mind,
Take some deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling your belly and chest.
Hold for 4 seconds at the top.
Then release out in an audible sigh.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Picture yourself in an empty room with your family standing before you.
Connecting between you and them is an energy cord.
The cord to each person may look different.
Follow each cord to connect with the energy of that relationship.
Focus on which cord you want to have healing energy first.
Ask Source to heal the energy of this connection.
Watch as the healing takes place.
Do this for each cord or relationship you wish to have healing.
Take a moment to give gratitude to Source for all that has happened here today.
Come back to your body now,
To this present moment.
Solely begin to move your body and open your eyes.
