I share my experiences about learning how to accept the journey and accept myself. I have been working on moving out of a serious mindset and am learning more about how to be happy to just be. When I became so focused on the future, my job, my mental state, I didn't let myself enjoy the present moment. In an experience I had looking for a job I noticed this huge thought preventing my own happiness which was, "I won't be happy until I get a job", which led me to understanding other aspects of my life where I adopted a “waiting for myself to be happy” thought pattern/mentality.
