And thank you for joining me for this gentle practice to connect with your body,
Soothe your nervous system,
And help you feel grounded,
Centered,
And at ease.
The invitation today is to repeat these words to yourself,
Aloud or silently to yourself,
Letting these words guide your connection to your body in this moment.
Allowing these affirmations to sink down deep into your unconscious mind,
And into every cell of your physical body,
Supporting your highest good,
And the highest good of every soul involved.
Let's begin.
Breathing in,
I know I am breathing in.
Breathing out,
I know I am breathing out.
Breathing in,
I feel my lungs expand.
Breathing out,
I invite my body to relax.
Each breath helps my body relax a little bit more.
I observe how it feels to be in my body today.
I feel my body grounded and supported by the earth.
My body is my ally,
Supporting me every day.
I am learning to feel more at home in my body.
I listen to my body and what it needs from me.
I trust my body to release what it no longer needs.
My body knows how to relax and restore.
My body holds wisdom and I am learning to listen.
I pay attention to sensations in my body.
I notice areas of my body that feel tension.
I notice areas of my body that feel ease.
I meet my body with kindness no matter what it's holding.
I allow my breath to guide me to calm.
I invite my neck and shoulders to relax completely.
I invite my arms and hands to soften and open.
I invite my jaw and eye muscles to relax and release.
I invite my chest and heart to open and relax.
I breathe into my hips and lower back and allow them to soften.
I invite my legs and feet to rest and relax.
I am safe and secure in this moment.
Thank you to my eyes for the gift of sight.
Thank you to my ears for the gift of hearing.
Thank you to my hands for all you do for me.
Thank you to my heart for guiding me forward.
Thank you to my feet for carrying me through life.
Thank you to my body for all you do for me.
Thank you to my body for being my true home.
I breathe deeply,
Bringing calm to my nervous system.
I trust my body's ability to find balance.
I trust my body's wisdom to guide me toward healing.
I honor my body's signals with patience and kindness.
I listen deeply to my body and what it needs from me.
My body is resilient and capable of healing.
My breath brings oxygen and energy to every cell.
I take time in my day to notice how my body feels.
I release tension and my body feels lighter.
I acknowledge areas of my body that feel steady.
Each exhale helps me feel lighter and calmer.

This ease is always available to me.
