So welcome to today's session for invite soothing love and tenderness into your body.
I've been looking forward to this session for quite a while because something stirs within me that this is a very powerful and life changing practice that you can have.
You know,
We explore a lot of meditation styles,
A lot of options given to you to explore how to enjoy your meditation practice.
But I feel amongst all soothing love and tenderness is something that goes really deep within.
It is so powerful that it helps to rebuild that connection we have with the divine from inside out.
And through that process,
It rewires all that we have learned,
All that we have been taught about what love is and should be.
You know,
Divine love sounds really great.
Everybody wants to connect to divine love.
But at the same time,
It feels very distant.
And that is because all our years of growing up until this point in life,
Maybe we have had brushes of divine love in maybe other healing containers.
But in life,
It is barely existent for most of us.
That's why it often feels very airy-fairy,
Very questionable,
Very unsustainable practice.
And when I was preparing for this meditation,
Nothing came to me.
All the way,
I was sitting and waiting for some guidance for the past few days.
And it finally only came in this morning.
And they wanted to say,
That's because in this sharing,
We want to stir up some feelings within that everyone has taken on,
On what love is and should be.
The transactional performative nature of love,
The conditional love,
Stirring up this old denser feelings within us,
So that then we allow ourselves to be held by this aspect of divine love,
Soothing love and tenderness,
And experience firsthand how that feels like in our body.
It is not,
Again,
What Asha says it should be,
But rather how I feel like in my body and how this practice changes me from inside out,
That truly matters to us at the end of the day.
And as I was walking,
They started giving me some ideas of what we are talking about.
And they want to share that,
You know,
Growing up,
We received this very skewed notions of what love is and should be.
And as they remind me,
It really got me laughing because it is so real.
You know,
All our ideas of divine love,
We learn them from the day we are born.
And from all the people we have interacted up to today,
That makes us realize,
Okay,
This is divine love,
Or this is love.
We associate love and divine love somewhat in the same package,
Because that's love.
Yeah,
So,
And then it started with our parents.
And in most families,
We lose that divine structure within us.
So people,
Generations from generation,
We pass down limited notions of love,
Simply because everyone is wounded and traumatized along the family line.
Nobody really understands or internalizes what divine love is and should be.
So based on everybody's level best interpretation,
What we end up learning from young is that in order to be loved by our parents,
We need to fit into their expectations of what a perfect and ideal child should be.
A well behaving child should be.
In terms of IQ,
We need to be up there.
In terms of academic results,
We need to earn it to be loved.
Our worth is packed to our academic achievements.
And then our looks,
Too fat,
Too skinny,
Too short,
Too tall.
There's always this implicit or explicit comparison with maybe other siblings,
Relatives,
Or everywhere.
Then we become almost like this item in festive gatherings in front of other relatives or other friends of theirs,
Customers of theirs.
Then we become almost like this item where we are either used to show off,
Wow,
So smart,
So pretty,
So capable,
Achieves so much,
Or a source of shame.
Don't talk about this child,
You know,
Not doing well.
Yeah,
Always getting into trouble.
So then if we pack our love by these standards,
We will often end up very disappointed by our own parents.
And then as we grow up,
We start looking for love everywhere.
So we go through the educational system.
And then we look up to our teachers like our role models.
There are exceptions,
Of course,
But most of them,
We often feel that in order to be loved,
We need to perform up to their academic expectations.
We need to be banded in the top X percent of the class,
And then we'll receive special treatment,
VIP treatment,
Get more candies,
Get more cookies,
Get extra stuff.
The bottom few in class or the normal ones,
Forget about it.
Yeah,
You're just,
Yeah,
If you get into trouble,
That's the best.
Then you get out of the class.
So you stand outside the class.
Yeah,
And if you get into more trouble,
Stand in front of the principal's office.
Yeah,
So if we pack our love to these role models,
Often we end up very disappointed in them and in ourselves.
The shame,
Guilt and embarrassment builds up over time.
How disappointing,
How stupid I am.
I can't even earn the love everywhere.
Home,
Nobody.
School,
Nobody.
And then we move on to workplace,
Trying to find our love,
But hidden under other labels like our worth,
Our respect,
Our power,
Our reputation.
We try to find all this to mitigate the lack within.
And then we look at bosses,
We look to our colleagues for some ideas of how to feel love,
How to be loved by others.
And again,
There are exceptions.
Most of the time,
It feels that we're just trying to fulfill other people's sky-high expectations of us.
We're just trying to prove our worth at every meeting,
Every performance appraisal.
And deep down,
We feel that this is a shaky carpet that we're stepping on.
One day,
If they don't like us,
The carpet is pulled away,
A younger,
Fresher one gets come in,
You know,
And we get replaced.
Like,
It's almost like if I look for my worth,
My love,
Disguised as worth,
Respect,
Reputation,
Fame in my job,
Through my bosses,
Through my colleagues,
I'll be very disappointed.
It is unstable.
It is shaky.
And most of the time,
It's very performative.
And we look at our colleagues.
It is,
Again,
A very tricky dynamic.
Because on one hand,
You are together,
Bonded by a similar mission in the company to get certain results,
Maybe in the same department or different departments,
But sometimes there's this unspoken tension,
This rivalry,
This competition that's floating around.
And it makes it very tricky that you're,
On one hand,
Trying to manage the dynamic with your boss,
But you're also trying to manage the dynamic with your colleagues.
You're trying to shine but not outshine.
It's like,
Imagine this is love that you're seeking.
You're trying to be loved,
But then you cannot be loved too much.
You cannot,
You are a star,
But you cannot shine super brightly.
So,
You cannot overshadow anybody because then you become in the spotlight for the wrong reason.
People like to talk bad things behind your back.
You become a source of jealousy or competition.
And it creates a lot of suppressed feelings within.
These are things we don't talk about in the office.
We look all joyful,
Peace,
Harmony,
Loving on the outside.
But underneath that,
There's a lot of undercurrents,
Even within,
Amongst colleagues.
Then we look for love in religions as a source of refuge.
Most of us,
We start off with the religion that our family follows and cultivates.
Some of us,
We got introduced to other religions through our schools,
Through our extracurricular activities.
And then religion is,
Again,
A very weird place to find love.
Because while it tries to talk about the eternal love of creator or divine beings there,
But it feels so distant.
It feels like if I want to connect to God,
The divine and experience love,
I have to first take transport to go to where God is at.
So it could be a temple,
It could be a church,
Other religious institution.
Then we go there,
We were taught by others,
Because we don't have direct communication with God,
We were taught through others that we need to put on our best behavior.
We need to be holy and pure.
There are certain days we are dirty,
Impure,
We are seen too much.
And we therefore implicitly become a source of shame as we step through these places,
Or we cannot step in.
We have to stand outside because we're not deserving of that love.
So it comes with a lot of rules.
But these rules are man-made.
This is not God rules.
Religious institutions create a lot of rules to ultimately have lots of control and separate us from God,
Rather than to bring us closer.
So if we look at all these religious institutions for guidance,
We also end up very,
Very lost,
Confused,
And disappointed.
Then some of us,
We go through relationships.
We meet spouses,
Partners,
Ex,
And current.
And again,
We look at them for ideal love,
For divine love,
For a higher form of love.
But more often than not,
After the honeymoon phase,
The reality sets in.
And that's when all our mistakes,
Our flaws,
Become the main source of contention between both parties.
And instead of feeling love,
We feel that whether it's a current relationship or past,
We feel that we constantly need to fulfill the expectations and roles of what an ideal spouse or partner to the other person should be.
We have to juggle so much.
What exactly is that sanctity of marriage or the marriage vows or the commitment?
What exactly does it mean?
At the end of the day,
We just want to be loved.
We just want to experience divine love.
But if we look for that in our unawakened half,
Where everybody is really trying to heal in whatever fragmented state that they're in,
Or the distortions in their own family lines,
When we come together,
It's like two broken halves,
Still broken.
And if we can't find love within,
How can we expect to find love outside?
It feels like you're looking for rain in the desert,
But you're all dry inside.
So all through life,
I was being shown,
And I recall,
Love is like ticking off checklists,
Trying to fulfill the criteria of everyone we come across.
And at the heart of it,
We seek for love.
We seek to be loved.
And this is often disguised as different labels that we try to fit into everywhere.
The respect we want to receive,
The harmony we want in the family.
And to receive that fame,
The reputation,
The next promotion.
And why we are holding so hard?
Because we are trying to fill up what we feel is lacking within.
So then,
How can this practice of soothing love and tenderness help us?
So soothing love and tenderness,
They explained to me,
Is like an aspect of divine love.
There are many forms of love.
And this is a form of love that we want to be accessible to all,
To help to heal us from inside out.
To be that safe sanctuary that we can start to connect to regularly and allow the experiences to unfold organically for us.
And I recall early in my journey,
I didn't connect to this aspect of divine love right away.
Often,
Because we feel very disconnected from God,
From Father,
Mother God,
From the divine,
We usually will connect through other more accessible representatives.
So for me,
I have a natural inclination to connect to goddesses,
Mother Tara,
Mother Guan Yin.
So that was where I experienced from them as I learned to embody their frequencies.
Slowly and gradually,
I experienced aspects of divine love.
Divine love doesn't always have to be soft.
It can be very powerful and very strong,
Very fiery as well.
But today we want to focus on this very gentle part.
Because it is a form of energy that is very quiet and safe.
It feels safe in the body.
And it is not the kind that requires us to perform or for us to achieve certain ideals in order to be worthy or deserving of this love.
It is just there.
It is like a gentle stream in the background that we can always access.
That is always right nearby.
That if our hands extend,
We can reach it.
It is soothing and it is nourishing.
Assessing this is life changing.
Because there's something deeply powerful when we are able to fill ourselves up with soothing love and tenderness from inside out.
We no longer need to run around and look for love in the wrong places.
But it starts off with the right relationship with ourselves.
How we deserve to be loved.
And we wouldn't know that if we cannot feel it tangibly in the body.
And that's where this frequency is very helpful.
Because when it comes in and it sits within us regularly,
It becomes like that safe refuge that we turn to daily or regularly in life.
And even though it is gentle,
It is also a very powerful protection.
It teaches us and for me in particular,
It teaches me that I can let my guard down.
I can soften without feeling vulnerable,
Without feeling that I'll be harmed,
I'll be cheated right away.
It is the kind where you know that it is safe enough for me to let my guard down.
I no longer have to build so many boundaries,
Layers after layers,
Everywhere I go,
Every person I meet,
Every undependable,
Unreliable person.
Next I know,
Cut off,
Build walls.
So you end up in a fortress of your own.
There's no need for that.
Because when we connect to divine love,
We feel ourselves from inside out.
Over time,
Our perspectives shift.
We learn to see how deserving and worthy we are of God's love.
It's not an airy,
Fairy concept.
It sits tangibly in the body.
And I feel safe and nourished by these energies.
In whatever state my lower mind thinks I am,
Impure,
Dirty,
Ugly,
Whatever,
Whatever,
Whatever.
I'm still accepted.
I can still turn to this frequency.
It is not a frequency that only Asha can access,
But it is accessible to all.
And how we determine the strength of this connection?
Two things.
Our intention and trust.
Our intention is very powerful.
When we set a daily intention for us to welcome the divine into our lives and to invite that soothing love and tenderness to flow into our all parts,
All levels of us throughout the day and night,
If we keep up with this daily intention,
This will run in the background and slowly rewire us gradually.
The second is also you can listen into the replay anytime and you get access to the energies again.
The third is even without listening to the replay,
You are powerful.
You can sit in meditation and intend to connect to this frequency you have already connected to.
That will give you access as well.
And whether you believe in that or not is the trust that comes in.
Because they show me that it's not that you cannot connect,
But often our own limitations,
Blocks and veils is like a dark shield around us.
So they can be outside trying to connect with us,
But that dark energy separates us.
So they can be trying the hardest,
But our own blocks stop us from experiencing the energies firsthand.
And it makes us question,
Am I worthy or deserving of love?
How come I cannot receive divine love on my own?
It's not that you cannot receive,
But again,
It's the intention and the trust.
The trust needs to be built over time.
When we give ourselves the chance to trust,
When we go through the daily life,
Witnessing with the intention and witnessing the daily miracles in our life,
With gratitude,
When it comes,
It accumulates and becomes a positive force field for more to come,
For ourselves to become more and more observant of every single miracle and magic that comes in our life.
Nothing is taken for granted.
Nothing is just passing by the background without us noticing everything we can capture.
And as we keep up with this practice,
As we connect more and more to this aspect of divine love,
It will transform and soften you from inside out.
It's a powerful,
Yet gentle change.
And it helps also to allow us to feel more self-assured.
Not because we become arrogant,
But because we know that we are loved,
We deserve so much more.
The Creator has shown us,
This is what I deserve.
I no longer peg my self-worth against anything lower.
And the people then that we magnetize into our lives will also gradually change on our side.
We stop settling for less.
Therefore,
People that don't meet us at the same level will fall away.
And that's great.
Yeah,
So I'm kind of done with the sharing today.
And I hope that through what we have shared just now,
It stirred up some memories of what love is and feels like as we've been through life from the day we are born.
And we can recall,
You know,
All the people that we meet,
All the people that have led us down up to today,
Right now.
And it is with this feeling and all the memories that we hold,
That I now invite you to this healing container that we're going to do.
You can turn off your screen if you feel more comfortable.
Or join me to close your eyes right now where you're at.
And know that as we were speaking just now,
The divine frequencies are already all around us.
And just taking a few breaths to center ourselves.
Breathing in the peace,
Breathing out the heaviness.
All the week's stress and tension,
Letting them go through each exhalation.
And right now,
In this state that we're in,
With all the baggage that we hold,
Know that we are accepted as we are.
As your team of divine beings,
The goddesses,
They show us this aspect of divine love,
Soothing love and tenderness.
And all you need to do is to place a gentle,
Soft focus on my voice and the guided visualizations.
As each of you are surrounded by goddesses holding hands,
They're quietly gathered around each of you at the start of this event.
And now they amplify this gentle heart-to-heart energies from all directions into your heart,
Sending soothing love and tenderness from their heart to your heart.
And each breath we take in,
We take in soothing love and tenderness,
Allowing it to wash into all chambers of our heart space,
Allowing it to relax and soften our hearts.
And as this energy flows in,
Dark threads of light lodge in any part of your heart chamber exists.
For when light enters,
Darkness is forced to leave.
That those memories that no longer serve,
Hidden in the crevices of your heart,
Are welcome to leave.
And for the parts of us that are not fully ready to go,
The memories that still need some processing,
It is fine.
Allowing that soothing love and tenderness to be like a gentle hug over each memory,
Over each fragmented part of you that have lost its way and have hidden here,
Giving it a safe hug and a place to rest.
And we invite the soothing love to then flow into your belly,
Your stomach.
And as it flows there from the goddesses to the belly,
It expands to cover the entire digestive tract,
Up through the esophagus and mouth,
Filling up the belly,
Flowing down the intestines.
And this is where we suppress so much nervousness,
Stress,
Anxiety within.
The toxins and parasites that we've consumed,
That over time,
This combination may have built up into illnesses.
And I see this soothing love and tenderness just washing gently through this part of our body that works so hard for us every day,
All the food that we consume,
All the emotions that we suppress.
And as it washes over them,
It reminds them you are safe.
With me.
And then the soothing love and tenderness,
We invite it to flow into our liver and gallbladder.
And this is where we too suppress a lot of toxic feelings,
The burning anger and resentment.
They need to prove our worth,
That we're not deserving.
And we don't really need to understand what's going on.
Just know that as soothing love and tenderness flows through,
All will be taken care of.
We are safe.
And flowing to our kidneys,
All that we've lodged in our kidneys.
It's like a soft hug to all the denser feelings that are suppressed there.
Welcome home,
You're safe,
You're loved,
I accept you.
And all that we have taken on,
The expectations everywhere that may have built up to fatigue,
Chronic fatigue.
This gentle energy flows through and gently hugs them all.
Then soothing love and tenderness flows to our spleen,
At the left side,
Midsection of our body,
Where all our worries are stored.
Like a gentle mother picking in,
Offering a source of comfort.
And then soothing love and tenderness flows to our reproductive organs.
And for the ladies,
It includes our womb.
And this is often a neglected part of our body,
Where we suppress a lot down.
It stores in our gut,
It also stores here.
Everything that we left unprocessed within us,
We cannot figure out.
We just swallow it down,
It gets stored here.
And this soothing love and tenderness is not here to shock us,
It is here to hold space,
Create more space within us,
To guide us,
To heal.
And where the denser feelings are ready to go,
It gently dislodges them and transmutes them.
And where the energies need more time to be processed,
It hugs them,
It holds them,
And wraps them in like little bubbles of soothing love.
You can take your time,
It's fine.
And soothing love and tenderness then flows to our hips,
Our buttocks,
Our thighs,
Our calves.
Again,
These are storage areas for suppressed emotions that over time might have caused tightness in our hips.
And the energies wash over every part gently and lovingly.
All that we've been through,
All that we've suppressed down in our body,
It gently oscillates and nourishes us.
No questions asked,
No judgment raised.
Then the soothing love and tenderness expands to our legs,
Flowing down our thighs,
Our kneecaps,
Calf muscles,
Ankles,
And feet.
And allowing this gentle oscillation of energies,
Knowing that our cells are nourished from inside out,
That things are switching quietly in the background as our cells are filled with light.
We don't need to get anything sorted.
When it happens,
It happens.
And here the soothing love and tenderness flows through all the injuries that we've ever sustained in our legs,
Our ankles,
Knees,
And feet.
And it wraps its comforting energies around them.
Then the soothing love and tenderness flows up to our middle back,
Upper back,
Lower back,
As well as each vertebrae of our spine.
It gently moves up from the base of our spine and swells up each vertebrae until the top part of our spine.
Every memory and imprint that we've ever left unprocessed or was too traumatic to remember,
That we threw it behind our back and store it here,
Allowing this energy to wrap around them,
Comforting and soothing them.
And all the dense emotions we've ever felt and left unprocessed and threw it at the back,
We invite this soothing love and tenderness to hold them.
And when they are ready to go,
They may go.
If they need more time,
We will hold them.
Then the soothing love and tenderness flows up to our shoulders and both hands.
And all that we're shouldered,
All the burdens we have carried for ourselves,
For others,
Spoken or unspoken,
So heavy they are.
So suffocating they feel.
And now this burden is gently lifted and held together by the divine,
By these energies.
You're not walking alone in this earth.
We can work together.
Not everything is your problem.
Not every burden is yours to carry.
We will guide you.
And soothing love and tenderness flows up to our throats,
Our projection of our power that comes through our voice.
And all the fears,
Limitations that we ever hold,
Allowing this energy to swirl around and gently heal and release all that no longer serves.
All that's blocking us from our true power.
Then the energy swirls up to the head,
The jaws,
The teeth,
All that we have held on,
All the unprocessed emotions,
The unconscious grief,
The grinding of the teeth.
And the soothing love and tenderness holds on preciously to every part of us,
From the goddesses to us,
From the divine to us.
And it flows up to our eyes,
All that we have seen from birth till now,
All the trauma that we've ever taken in through our eyes,
Holding them,
Soothing them.
And finally,
To our brain,
Both hemispheres of the brain.
All that we have taken on,
All the limiting beliefs others have casted onto us,
Or we think about ourselves that are not aligned to the highest truth.
This soothing love and tenderness gently wraps around both hemispheres of our brain.
And as it does so,
It creates a gentle expansive effect,
Allowing us more space,
More detachment to see and internalize the truth for ourselves.
Then soothing love and tenderness now flows through our entire physical body.
As the goddesses continue to hold hands,
And they shift as needed to create more space to hold us.
All parts of us,
Not just our physical body,
But other layers of our energy bodies,
They give us enough space,
Allowing this soothing love and tenderness to overflow from your physical body to your emotional body,
Your mental body,
Your spiritual bodies.
And this will happen organically.
And where it goes,
It gently soothes and holds,
Not disturbing,
Not shocking,
Not suffocating.
They accept who we are,
Where we are,
And all the baggage that we've carried all the way to today.
And as the goddesses continue to hold hands,
I almost see like,
It's like this soothing love and tenderness is birthing a divine being from within you.
Like the divine consciousness that's awakening within,
That's getting even brighter in this session.
And know that each time you sit here,
In whatever state you're in,
It fills you up even more with this frequency.
And over time,
It will shift you from inside out,
Simply because we are just awakening what's dormant within,
What's already within you.
And in this bright ball of light that we're all holding,
We're all in right now.
If you like to,
You may give your thanks to the goddesses,
To the divine for assisting.
May this be the start of more magical experiences to come.
And they quietly release their hands and stand a little further away,
Still there,
Still holding space,
Still watching over us.
And gently,
We bring our consciousness back to ourselves,
Our body,
The place where we started this meditation.
Our body to shift and move as it needs.
Turning our head and doing little stretches as we need.
And any time we feel ready,
Take in three deep breaths,
Slowly and mindfully,
Before we open our eyes.
How's everyone feeling?
Hope you're feeling better.
How are you feeling?
Good.
Feel very energetic.
You feel very energetic.
So,
My sister says she feels very energetic.
So,
She probably took a good rest too,
Which is also a good thing.
A good rest doesn't mean,
You know,
Just sleeping throughout.
It also means that something shifts within as well.
So,
Cindy said that was a very soothing session.
Thank you so much for the sharing and guidance.
Thank you for your presence too and for sitting through everything with us.
It's not easy.
Yeah,
Because we have been so busy through the week and to devote time for sessions like this,
It requires so much commitment,
So much patience on our part.
Like so much self-investment that we are worthy of this.
That's why we are putting in time for this.
Yeah.
So,
Is anybody typing?
Else,
We can connect after the session if you do have anything you want to add.
Angeline,
You have anything to add at this point?
Oh,
Okay.
Okay,
I saw your comment.
Okay,
Sorry.
So,
Apasamy said,
Thanks for the guidance.
I felt it came on right timing.
Great,
Great.
It was a soothing and lovely session.
Good to know.
Angeline said,
Thank you,
Asha.
Thank you to Saranya.
Thank you,
Yinfeng.
Thank you.
So,
Yeah,
We passed a few minutes.
Thanks for your patience and hope that this be the start of your own connection with soothing love and tenderness.
Not just,
You know,
A one-off thing,
But you know that through your own efforts,
Your daily intention,
Sitting through the replay in a healing container,
Or just in your own meditation with the intention,
You can access this frequency.
And it builds over time.
One session stirs up something positive.
Imagine if you keep up to it.
It will change you from inside out in a good way,
But also in a way that the mind may not understand fully.
Yeah,
It's good.
Okay,
So that's all from us.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
And yeah,
Have a pleasant day ahead.
Bye.
