Healing Meditation 1 In The Akashic Records (25 Feb 2023)

Transcript

Take some time to gather into your space,

Gathering into your physical body.

Taking in a couple of deep breaths,

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you breathe in,

Intend to breathe in the light from all around you.

As you breathe out,

Intend to release all dense energies and emotions and thoughts that we have taken on for others or from others.

Breathing in light,

Breathing out density.

And as this group comes together in a circle in this shared space,

We call upon and invite each of your Akashic Masters,

Lords of Karma,

Spirit Guides,

Archangels,

Angels,

And all pure light beings of the highest light and resonance who would like to join and support us in this meditation to come forth now.

Calling upon the four great Archangels,

Archangel Michael,

Raphael,

Gabriel,

And Uriel to stand in four corners of each participant space to hold ground and support the space.

Also calling in Archangel Michael and army of angels to do a clearing of the space that you're in,

The physical space,

And the space as we gather,

Sending his protective blue light into our respective spaces.

And as we gather as a group in a circle of light,

Our team of Akashic Masters and Guides stand around us in the outer circle surrounding us in gold light.

Take some time to breathe and connect with the energies within and around you.

You may feel it as tingling in the skin,

Very subtle sensations,

Sometimes warmth as they gently send their loving energies into your energy bodies so that you're safe and protected.

They're here with you.

And we invite in the energies of peace,

Stillness,

And love in the Akashic records to flow into our energy bodies now,

Allowing it to flow into our heart space.

The energies of peace,

Serenity,

And love.

Breathe and receive.

Now gently shift the awareness to the top of your head.

In your mind's eye,

In the cosmos above,

See the central sun glowing in the heavens above.

Intend to connect with the rays of the central sun,

Allowing the golden rays of the central sun to flow down like a waterfall from the heavens and flowing down to our group and to the crown of our head,

Infusing us with the golden rays of the central sun of the Christ consciousness energies.

And as the golden rays flow into our crown chakra,

We release all density or baggage or overthinking,

Over worrying,

Stress,

And anxiety in the head region,

Releasing it,

Breathing in and out through the nose with each exhalation,

This little intention,

Release,

Release.

And the golden light flows down to balance both hemispheres of the brain and also flows into our eyes,

Balancing the third eye chakra,

Releasing all veils that are ready to go,

Flowing down into the throat,

Balancing the throat chakra.

And as the light continues to pour down,

There's just so much light that permeates in everybody's chakras and energy bodies now.

As we clear the density leaves and more light is able to permeate,

Flowing down into our heart,

Our precious sacred heart,

Releasing all darkness and density in each chamber of the heart,

Flowing down into our tummy,

The solar plexus region,

Balancing our solar plexus chakra and inviting Archangel Michael to step forth with his flaming blue sword around each of us to cut away all unnecessary chords and attachments,

Primarily in the lower three chakras,

Front and back of each of us,

The solar plexus chakra,

The sacral and the base,

Cutting away all unnecessary chords and attachments corded by others into our energy fields,

Releasing them,

Giving us more space to breathe,

Releasing the external control projected at us,

Knowingly or unknowingly,

And anything at the sides of our body as well that is not good for us to keep,

Inviting Archangel Michael to cut it away for us.

And the gold light continues to flow down from the central sun,

Flowing into our sacral chakra and our base chakra,

Releasing all density from the lower three chakras.

And all we need to do is to breathe and allow,

And we're sensing some dense and dark energies falling away for the group,

For each individual,

Inviting the rays now to flow down to our knees and in between our knees,

Balancing the generation chakra,

Releasing all family trauma that is ready to be released from the father's line,

The mother's line,

Any step parents that we may have,

Adopted parents that we may have,

Sending healing light down the respective lines.

Many of us take on so much density for our family as representatives of the light in this lifetime to clear and transmute the family pain and trauma on their behalf,

Inviting the lots of karma of each participant to gently step forth and send a gentle clearing to the family lines as a line to each participant's highest good now.

And as the old threads of light fall away,

It creates the space for more gold light to fuel our being and this step back,

Moving down six inches beneath the soles of our feet,

The earth star chakra,

Sending Christ consciousness to balance the earth star chakra.

And we are seeing some darkness in some of your earth star chakras,

And that may affect our connection connection to mother earth,

Affecting our connection to feel present,

Connected and grounded to this earthly realm,

Inviting our masters to step forth to clear the earth star chakra,

Restoring it to its original splendor.

And as the density falls,

The gold light continues to pour down like a waterfall through our entire being down the soles of our feet,

Shooting down rapidly into the heart of mother earth and seeing your mind's eye in the heart of mother earth,

There's a pausing red ball of light.

Intend for the gold rays to loop around the red ball of light three times,

Grounding your energies securely to the heart of mother earth.

Stay here and breathe.

And now the energies of mother earth began to reciprocate the crystalline white light of mother earth flowing upwards slowly,

Gracefully and easefully flowing upwards to the soles of our feet,

Bathing our feet in pure white light,

Allowing the white light to continue to flow up,

Relaxing our thighs,

Our legs,

Flowing up our buttocks,

Our hips,

Relaxing these parts flowing up our abdominal region,

Relaxing our stomach and our middle back and the upper back and shoulders,

Heart and lungs.

Relax flowing up our throat and our head,

Relaxing our throat,

Relaxing our eyes,

Our jaws,

Our face,

Eyebrows and the back of our head.

As we continue to breathe,

Mother earth's energies continue to grow around us securely like a white bubble of light,

Allowing us to feel the connection,

The presence with mother earth,

With mother earth,

Allow our being to tap into the healing frequencies of mother earth.

And as the mother earth's energies continue to grow around us,

It intertwines with the rays of the central sun,

The beautiful mishmash of gold light and white light around each of us and surrounding our entire group with our shared intentions and space.

Feel how your body feels like bathed in these energies.

How does the heart space feel like?

If there's a little density there,

Could we take in a breath of the healing energies around and with the exhalation,

Release,

Release,

Inviting this intertwining of energies to flow into all cells of your being,

Bathing it with the highest frequencies of light.

Feel your cells dancing in and around your body and inviting the light to flow into all organs,

Systems of the body.

And today we would like to connect with Lady Nada,

The holder of the pink rays of unconditional love,

Inviting Lady Nada to join us in this space.

And as she stands in the center of the group,

Allowing a pink rays of unconditional love from her heart center to flow into your heart center,

And she radiates that pink light,

Gentle,

Graceful,

Loving,

Flowing into all four chambers of our heart space,

Filling our hearts with divine love.

And it flows into all chambers of our heart space,

The front and back of our heart.

And as she continues to send her loving energies to each of us,

She also shows me a symbolic red rose that she plants in each of our heart space.

And as she continues to send her loving energies to each of our heart space,

Planting the seeds of divine love that has always existed within us,

Reminding us of its presence,

And with the right conditions,

It will grow into a seedling of love,

A plant,

Flower,

Tree,

A plant.

Let us keep that little seeds of love from her.

And she extends her loving light into our mind,

Sending her loving rays into our brains,

Calming down our anxiety,

Our nervous system.

Know that all is well,

All is unfolding with divine ease and grace.

There are no mistakes,

Only lessons and wisdom generated from each experience.

You're beautiful as you are.

And the loving light flows down from the back of our head into our spinal column,

Clearing each vertebrae of the spine,

Releasing those entities at the back of our spine that hold on to fear or trauma,

Replacing it with love.

And our spines fill up with the pink glow of light as the density leaves our spine and the base of our spine into Mother Earth to be transmuted.

And Lady Nada continues to radiate her loving light into our heart space,

Continuing to deepen our experience of what divine love is and may be in the days and months ahead.

Where there is love,

There is no room for fear,

For love transmutes fear and love,

Love evokes our divinity.

It reminds us of the sacred divine essence of who we are,

Bathed in the loving light.

And the loving light continues to flow down our abdominal and our sacral region,

Bathing and circulating us in the loving light.

And as we continue to receive the loving light,

Our energy bodies merge with the loving light.

And we thank Lady Nada for the experience,

For the little seeds of love planted in our heart space as she steps back.

And next we invite Archangel Raphael and healing angels of light to kindly surround us in the innermost circle,

Sending his emerald green rays of healing light to each of us,

To any part of our body that needs the healing light now.

Breathe and receive.

For some of us,

It may be to the brain,

The throat,

The tummy region,

The hips and the legs.

His healing light cascades down for each person,

Sending more intense beam of light to whichever part needs the healing most right now.

And I'm sensing density leaving a lot in the head region,

A lot in the hips as well.

And we'll stay here for a little while longer as he continues to send the healing light,

The emerald green rays of healing light with the healing angels of light.

Archangel Raphael is highly useful to call upon for energetic healing of root causes of physical illnesses and the energies are intelligent.

They will flow where they are meant to flow,

Where they need to flow.

Trust and surrender to the process of healing as it is.

And we thank Archangel Raphael and healing angels of light as they step back.

And we invite our masters and guides to surround us,

To assist us,

To clear our auric views,

Sweeping our auric views counterclockwise,

Clearing all unnecessary cords,

Hooks,

Attachments and imprints in our auric views and then spinning clockwise to fill our auric views with light.

And slowly the energies come to a standstill.

We invite our masters and guides to shower blessings to this group,

Blessing our paths ahead,

Blessing everything to unfold with most divine ease and grace,

Blessing each of us to establish a stronger connection day by day,

Leading us to the highest journey and highest timeline with the highest frequencies of love and light,

Wherever it may be for each of us,

Guiding us to step briefly into our highest soul mission on earth.

Gently taking your awareness gently,

Gently into the space,

Your physical space where you started the meditation as we shift our awareness to the soles of our feet,

Intend to release all excess energies that we don't need via the soles of our feet into the heart of mother earth.

Bring the awareness back to our physical body,

Feeling all parts of our body,

Our soles of feet,

Our legs,

Hips,

Lower back,

Middle back,

Upper back,

Abdominal region and chest,

Shoulders and hip,

Holding a heart of gratitude for the healing that has taken place for each of us for the collective group.

Anytime you feel ready,

Gently take in three deep breaths slowly and mindfully before you open your eyes.
