Deep Grounding, Releasing & Healing Meditation

In this meditation, we call upon your team of Akashic Masters and Guides, connect to the gold light from the Central Sun and use it to balance all 12 chakras and release what no longer serves. We also connect to the crystalline white light from Mother Earth and use it to send healing to our physical bodies. Finally, we sweep our auric fields. You can use this meditation whenever you want to feel more emotionally balanced, grounded, and calm, and to send healing to your physical body.

Welcome to episode 54 on a deep grounding,

Releasing and healing meditation.

Now let's gently gather ourselves into the space that we are in and take a couple of deep breaths.

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth,

Deeply,

Slowly and mindfully.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Let's call upon our team of Akashic masters,

Archangels,

Angels,

Spiritual guides,

And all pure light beings who would like to join us in this transmission to join us now.

Let's call upon the four great archangels,

Archangel Michael,

Archangel Rafael,

Archangel Gabriel,

And archangel Uriel to stand in four corners of our space to hold,

Ground,

And protect the space.

As we call in our masters and guides,

Feel the subtle shift in energies and vibrations within and around you.

Notice any tingling sensation in the skin or gentle movements within the body.

Pause and observe.

As our masters and guides gather,

They form a circle of oneness,

And light around you.

With each inhalation,

Breathe in the light from them into your body.

As we set this intention,

See or sense the warm,

Gold rays of light shining downwards onto you like a huge beam of light.

Intend and allow for the gold light to slowly descend to your space,

Your rooftop,

Then gently covering the walls of your home,

The windows,

The doors,

The flooring,

And surrounding your entire being in gold light.

As you breathe,

Intend for the gold light to balance your soul star chakra now.

The soul star chakra is approximately six inches above the crown chakra.

Intend to release all density that you have taken on in the soul star chakra from past or present lives,

Whether you are aware or unaware of.

Intend to release all fears or blocks,

That may be preventing or limiting you from connecting to the divine,

The higher dimensions,

Your spiritual or higher self.

Intend for the gold light to move down and balance your crown chakra now.

As you breathe,

Intend to release all overthinking and over worrying,

Release all thoughts,

Opinions,

And judgments taken on from others,

Including the mainstream media,

Which no longer serve you.

Intend for the gold light to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

As you breathe,

Intent to clear out all fears of speaking the truth,

Your truth.

Intent to clear all lifetimes where you have been persecuted for speaking your truth,

Or experienced associated feelings of being judged,

Criticized or scolded by others,

Or for being tortured,

Victimized,

Imprisoned or even killed.

Allow all the density to be washed away now.

Next,

Intent for the goal light to move down and balance your higher heart chakra now,

Both the front and the back.

The higher heart chakra is located somewhere between the heart and throat chakras.

Intent to clear all fears of connecting to the collective or receiving from the collective from all lifetimes,

Which may hinder us from being in divine service to the collective.

Intent to release all feelings of betrayal,

Disappointment,

Resentment,

Unfairness and all other dense emotions that we may have experienced towards the collective,

Which no longer serve us.

Allow all the density to be washed away now.

Intent for the goal light to move down and balance your heart chakra now,

Both the front and the back.

As you breathe,

Intent for the goal light to move into all layers,

Levels,

Dimensions and chambers of the heart space,

Infusing every part of the heart with light.

Intent to release all people,

Situations,

Memories and imprints across all lifetimes,

Which may have influenced you to feel small,

Incapable,

Inferior or even arrogant or superior to others.

Or the need to constantly compare and compete with others.

Intent to release anything and everything that prevent or limit you from standing in your full power and expression as a free empowered soul and a divine child of God,

Washing away all the density now.

The Hara chakra is located directly behind your navel.

It is your center of power.

Sometimes,

Whether knowingly or unknowingly,

In past or present lives,

We may have given our powers away to others,

Such as to control or influence how we feel,

Make decisions for us or to make us feel that we don't have a choice.

We may have taken on vows,

Promises and contrasts where we gave our powers away to others or allow others to be accorded to us in an unhealthy manner,

Be it people,

Situations,

Organizations,

Groups and authorities.

If you are ready,

Intent to release all that no longer serve you right now.

Next,

Intent for the goal light to move down and balance your Sacral chakra now,

Both the front and the back.

As you breathe,

Intent to release all suppressed emotions and feelings which no longer serve you,

Whether known or unknown,

Past or present lives.

Intimate to release other people's emotions,

Feelings and thoughts,

Cause and attachments which may be extended or projected onto you and are not aligned to your highest good.

Next,

Intent for the goal light to move down and balance your base or root chakra now.

As you breathe,

Intent to release all fears of not having enough,

Not being enough or feelings of insecurity,

Lack,

Scarcity and all vows,

Promises and contracts relating to poverty or not being abundant and all other dense energies and emotions which no longer serve you.

For all vows,

Contracts and promises that you may have taken on and no longer serve you,

See them as a stack of paper,

Scrolls and parchment thrown in front of you.

Invite the goal light of the Akasha to burn everything away,

Including all copies,

Versions and backup copies.

See them burn and dissolve away in goal light.

For all cause and attachments with people,

Groups,

Situations and organisations which you are ready to release and no longer serve you,

We call upon Archangel Michael and his army of angels to step in to cut away and remove all these cause and attachments now.

Next,

We call upon the violet flame to run through your bodies three times to burn away and transmute any and all remnants of these cause and attachments in your energy fuse now.

Next,

Intend for the goal light to move down and balance your generation chakra now.

The generation chakra is located between both knees.

As you breathe,

Intend to release all density,

Ancestral pain and trauma,

All enforced beliefs,

Limiting beliefs,

Conditioning and programming from the family line which may not be aligned to your highest good.

This includes your father's family line,

Mother's family line and if applicable,

Your adoptive parents' family lines,

Allowing all these to be released now.

Next,

Intend for the goal light to move down and balance your earth star chakra now.

The earth star chakra is located approximately six inches beneath your feet.

It is outside of your physical body.

The earth star chakra represents your connection to mother earth.

For all persons who feel ungrounded or feel you don't belong on earth,

It is important to balance your earth star chakra so that it is well connected to mother earth.

As you breathe,

Intend to clear all lifetimes of not belonging or not wanting to belong on earth,

Including any suicidal thoughts or attempts to commit suicide.

Intent to release all emotions,

Feelings and memories of not being safe,

Supported and protected on earth,

Washing away all density,

Feelings and memories now.

As the earth star chakra slowly comes into balance,

Intend for the goal light to continue to go all the way down into the heart of mother earth.

Recognize that there is a red ball of light pulsing in the heart center of mother earth.

Intent for the goal light to loop around the red ball of light three times,

Grounding you firmly into the heart of mother earth.

As you rest in this renewed connection with mother earth,

Feel or sense the energies of mother earth gently rising up,

Reciprocating her love.

Feel or sense the crystalline white light of mother earth gently coming up to the earth star chakra,

Then the source of your feet.

As you breathe,

Intend to receive the healing frequencies of mother earth as it gently moves up your physical body.

Intent for mother earth's healing frequencies to move up to both legs,

Washing both legs,

Relaxing all physical pain,

Aches,

Tightness and tension in the thighs,

Kneecaps,

Calf muscles,

Ankles and feet.

Expect for mother earth's healing frequencies to move upwards to your hips,

Releasing all physical pain,

Tightness and tension in your hips and buttocks.

Allow for mother earth's healing frequencies to move upwards to the sacral region,

Releasing all physical pain,

Discomfort,

Stress and tension in this area of the body,

Sending healing to the reproductive and urinary system now.

Intent for mother earth's healing frequencies to move upwards to the abdominal region,

Releasing all physical pain,

Stress and tension in this area of the body,

Sending healing to the digestive system.

Sending healing to the kidneys to release all fatigue and tiredness,

To the liver to release all anger and to the spleen.

Releasing all physical pain,

Tightness and tension in the heart,

Lungs and rib cage,

Sending healing to the cardiovascular and respiratory system.

Relaxing the throat muscles,

Healing the throat from all infection,

Discomfort and inflammation,

Healing to the stomach,

Releasing all physical pain,

Tightness and tension in the head region,

Including the jaws,

Mouth,

Nose,

Ears,

Eyes,

Forehead and crown,

Allowing mother earth's relaxing energies to melt away all the tension in the head region,

Sending healing to the head region,

In particular deep healing to your eyes and the nerves linking to your eyes,

To relieve any symptoms of discomfort,

Dry eyes,

Myopia and other eye related disorders,

Allowing a gentle circulation of the healing frequencies in the eyes region.

Intent for mother earth's healing frequencies to be sent to the nervous system,

Endocrine system,

Muscular system,

Immune system,

Circulatory system,

Lymphatic system and all other systems of your body.

Intent for mother earth's healing frequencies to be sent to the throat region,

Releasing all discordant and disruptive energies and frequencies,

And imprints in your auric fuse,

Which are not aligned to your highest good.

Intend for the Gold Light to sweep your auric fuse clockwise,

Drawing in divine energies and patching all holes,

Tears,

And rips in your auric fuse.

As the rotation slowly comes to a pause,

Visualize roots growing out at the base and soles of your feet,

Releasing excess energies that you don't need.

With each exhalation,

Intend to release all the excess energies that you don't need.
