Archangel Raphael Respiratory Healing Meditation

In this meditation, we called upon Archangel Raphael and Healing Angels of Light to send healing focusing primarily on the respiratory issues that we might be facing. We also called upon Archangel Michael and his army of Angels to cut away all unnecessary cords from our physical body and auric fields, the violet flame to burn away all remnants of the cords, and to fill our body with gold light. This meditation is useful for energy healing related to any respiratory issues.

Now gently settle into the space that you're in and take a couple of deep breaths Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth As you breathe in,

Intend to breathe in the light from all around you Breathing in the light into your cells,

Muscles,

Tissues,

Organs,

Bones,

Blood,

Systems and glands of the body As you breathe out,

Intend to release all dense energies and emotions taken on for others or from others throughout the day or night Breathing in light,

Breathing out density Let's stay here for a couple of breaths I call upon the four great archangels,

Archangel Michael,

Archangel Raphael,

Archangel Gabriel and Archangel Uriel to stand in four corners of your space to hold,

Ground and protect your space I also call upon your Akashic masters,

Spiritual guides,

Archangels,

Angels and all pure light beings who would like to assist you in this meditation to surround you now As your team of Akashic masters and guides surround you in a circle of oneness,

Love and light,

Feel their energies gently projecting into your energy bodies It may be a subtle tingling sensation on your skin,

On any part of the body or gentle ripples of energy within you Today we would like to call upon Archangel Raphael,

The angel for healing,

Together with the healing angels of light to join each of you in the innermost circle As archangel Raphael and healing angels of light surround you,

We ask for the healing energies to be gently projected into your energy bodies And as we gather around here,

See in your mind's eye a ball of light encapsulating you This ball of light is gently projected by archangel Raphael and his healing angels of light and supported by your team of Akashic masters and guides Feel yourself enclosed in this bubble of light Now gently shift your awareness to the crown of your head See in your mind's eye,

In the cosmos above,

That there is a central sun in the cosmos above Intent to connect to the rays of the central sun As you set the intention,

Feel the rays of the central sun gently descending downwards,

Reaching the crown of your head and feeling the crown of your head with gold light And as it continues to wash down your entire body like a stream of waterfall,

Intend for the light to flow down to your third eye chakra,

Your throat chakra,

Your heart chakra,

Your solar plexus chakra,

Your sacral chakra,

Your base chakra,

In between your knees,

The generation chakra,

And then flowing downwards to the soles of your feet As the rays of the central sun continue to wash down like a stream of waterfall,

Intend for the light to continue to flow downwards,

Covering your entire physical body and down the soles of your feet into the heart of Mother Earth Inviting the rays of the central sun to fill your entire physical body with light And then flowing into your emotional body,

Filling it with light Flowing into your mental body,

Filling it with light Flowing into your spiritual body,

Filling it with light Flowing into all other layers of your auric field surrounding your body,

Filling your auric fields with light Today we would like to work with Archangel Raphael and Healing Angels of Light to focus on respiratory healing of the body,

Sending energy healing to deal with any respiratory issues that we might be facing to speed up the healing and to allow for a faster recovery These Archangel Raphael and Healing Angels of Light surround each of us in the innermost circle,

Fill their energies,

The green rays of fueling light gently send to us Intend for the green rays of light to flow into our brain Balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain Massaging the brain with the healing light Releasing all pent up stress,

Frustrations,

Overthinking,

Any energy build up in the brain Inviting the healing light to decalcify the pituitary gland To activate the pituitary gland to heal the body of the physical issues that it might be facing now For the healing rays of light to flow down our nervous system Flowing down from our brain to our spine Covering and washing every vertebrae of our spine with the healing light Releasing all pain,

Inflammation,

Discomfort,

Pent up stress and frustrations,

All discordant energies and frequencies which are not aligned to our highest good to keep Allowing all these to flow out from the base of our spine to be released Releasing the healing light to flow down our upper back,

Middle back and lower back Releasing all pain,

Body aches,

Discomfort,

Inflammation lodged in the back region Releasing all emotional issues that might be related to these physical issues whether known or unknown to us Allowing all these denser energies and emotions to be released from the back of our body Inviting the healing light to flow into our kidneys and adrenal gland now Releasing all pent up and suppressed fears,

Worries,

Stress,

Frustrations,

All discordant energies and emotions from the kidneys and activating the adrenal glands to bring much needed vitality to the body Inviting the healing light to flow into our lungs region,

Massaging our lungs with healing light Sending much needed healing to all infection,

Inflammation,

Pain,

Discomfort that any of us may be feeling in the lungs Inviting us to take a deeper breath in our lungs Releasing all pent up stress,

Frustrations,

Worries,

Expectations of others that we may have taken on whether known or unknown to us Inviting the healing light to be sent to our immune system,

Strengthening our immunity to overcome all physical illnesses and symptoms that we might be facing Inviting our body's defense mechanism to deal with all infections and inflammations,

Pain and discomfort that we might be facing Inviting the healing light to be sent to our throat,

Relieving any symptoms of sore throat,

Dryness,

Pain and inflammation in the throat region Releasing all fears of speaking up for our truth,

For ourselves Inviting the healing light to be sent to our nose region,

Relieving any issues or difficulties with breathing,

Any infections or inflammations that affect the nose Allowing for a speedy recovery in the nose,

The throat,

The lungs,

All parts of the respiratory system Sending healing light to the heart region,

Releasing all suppressed fears,

Worries,

Stress,

Frustrations,

Resentment,

Heartbreak,

Heartache,

All denser energies and emotions which are not aligned to our highest good to keep Sending healing light to dissolve the pain and trauma that are ready to live at this stage Allowing for healthy functioning of the heart to pump blood throughout the entire body,

To increase the body's resistance to being infected from viruses and bacteria Allowing for a healthy circulation throughout the entire body Sending healing light to the circulatory system of the body Allowing a healthy circulation of blood and oxygen around the body Inviting the healing light to be sent to flush all the meridians in our body,

Removing any energy blockages in any of our meridians Allowing a healthy flow of energy throughout the body Sending healing to the endocrine system of the body Allowing the healing light to cover all the major glands in the body Stimulate the healing that may be needed for a speedy recovery Sending healing light to the lymphatic system now Allowing for a healthy functioning of the lymphatic system to release and remove all waste and toxins from the body Sending healing light to the lymph nodes Flushing out all pain,

Discomfort,

Inflammation in the lymph nodes Now inviting Archangel Raphael and Healing Angels of Light to send physical healing to any part of our body that needs the healing now This may be different for everyone depending on what needs healing right now We'll stay here for at least a minute to allow the healing energies to run up You And next,

We call upon Archangel Michael and his army of angels.

To step forth and assist us to cut away all cause,

Attached or projected by others to us,

Which may not be aligned to our highest good to keep,

Whether known or unknown to us.

Archangel Michael,

With his huge sword,

Steps in to assist each of us to cut away the unnecessary cause from all parts of our physical body and all parts of our auric fuse.

We keep the cause that we need and we give permission for cause which we don't need to be released.

Unhealthy courting to others,

Whether known or unknown to us,

Depletes our energies unnecessarily and lowers our immunity.

Therefore,

It is important to cut away these unnecessary cause that we have taken on,

Known or unknown to us.

We now call upon the violet flame to flow through each of us three times,

Washing our physical body and auric fuse with the violet flame,

Burning away all remnants of the cause,

Transmuting all fears,

Stress,

All denser energies and emotions not good for us to keep.

And lastly,

We invite the gold light to be sent to flow into our physical body,

Emotional,

Mental,

Spiritual bodies or other layers of our auric fuse,

Filling all these layers with gold light.

Intend for roots to grow at the base or source of your feet,

Releasing all excess energies that your body does not need.

This prevents any unnecessary energy build up in the body.

Gently draw your attention back to the physical space that you're in and back into your physical body,

Fueling all parts of your physical body,

Your head,

Your torso,

Your hands,

Legs and source of feet,

Placing gentle awareness to the source of your feet,

Wriggle your toes to the palms of your hands,

Wriggle your fingers,

Gently turn your head from right to left and back to center.

When you're ready,
