Uniquely interesting! The first time I listened, I said a prayer of Peace & Love (that I’ve said daily for over a year now). The 2nd time, I envisioned a flower with a dark center, which gradually faded away as I relaxed. Thank you, it really helped to quiet the noise in my mind! 🙏
