Breathe out release all fear from your body.
Connect to the red earth.
Connect to the ocean.
Breathe in pleasure.

And connect to the blue ocean.

The voice is the most powerful instrument for transformation.

Gaze up towards your third eye.
The space between your eyebrows.
Soften your body.
Bring your attention to your mind.
Now visualize bright light moving through the top of your head.
Down through your spine to your feet.
And back up.
We're going to add breathing to it.

Take white bright light through the top of your head down to your feet.
Breathe out from your feet through your spine,
Top of your head to the sky above.
Breathe in.
Set the energy down.
Breathe out.
Set the energy up.
Breathe in.
Set the energy down.
Breathe out.
Set the energy up to the sky and all around you.
Please spread your arms out to your sides.

Place your hands to your heart,
Palms together.
Feel your heart beating with your thumbs.
What do you need to heal?
Visualize it healed.
You moved past it,
Through it,
And now you are healed.
It could be anything.
You gotta believe it.
You are healed.
