This breathing practice changed my life. After following the Wim Hof method for 7+ years, I've created my own version of the breathwork that integrates my passion of music and healing. Disclaimer: practice power breathing in a safe space: sitting or lying down. Don't do this breathing while operating a vehicle or in a body of water. If you feel unsafe, please back off and breathe normally. Relax and let the stress go. If you have any questions, please reach out! I am here for you my friend.

Let's begin with power breaths.

Follow the music and follow my lead.

Deep inhale,

Let it go.

Deep inhale,

Let it go.

Fully in,

Relax.

Fully in,

Relax.

Continue like this.

Powerfully,

Because soon you're going to be without air in the lungs,

Your body up with oxygen,

Force energy.

Take every breath with full commitment.

A couple more.

Fully in and relax.

Hold the breath out.

Relax your whole body.

When you feel an urge to breathe,

Don't fight it.

Fully in for 15 seconds and then you'll squeeze to the head.

Until then,

Relax for as long as you wish.

Fully in,

Engage your core.

Squeeze your arms.

Push to the head.

Starting now.

Deep inhale,

Let it go.

Deep inhale,

Let it go.

Continue.

Breathe in happiness.

Breathe in goodness.

Breathe in life.

Breathe the world in.

Breathe your life in.

Breathe in and let everything go.

Let go of stress.

Let go of worry.

Let go of everything.

Let go of ego.

Let go of guilt.

Let go of shame.

Free yourself up.

Liberation is here.

Take a couple more breaths.

Fully in,

Let it go.

Fully in,

Let it go.

Fully in.

With every second that goes by,

I want you to relax every cell in your body.

Relax your nose.

Relax your heels.

Relax your pelvis.

This round is going to be longer.

If you need to take in a breath before this round ends,

Then do so.

It's not about fighting,

It's about healing.

Power breath in.

Fully in.

Press through the pelvic floor.

Squeeze the chest and back.

Look up with the eyes.

Our last round.

Let's go.

Make every breath count with full intention,

With your full heart.

Breathe like your life depends on it.

Every breath as if it were your last breath in your life.

Fully in.

Fully in.

Let it go.

Into strength.

Into peace.

Into power.

Into relaxation.

Continue a few more.

Five,

Three,

Two,

And one.

Fully in.

Go deep into your soul,

Into your spirit.

Hold this last one as long as you wish.

Notice all sensations in the body.

Get ready to take in one more deep breath in as if it were the first breath in your life.

Fully in and hold.

Back to normal.

Wishing you happiness,

Strength,

And health.

Thank you for practicing.

This is my go-to power breathing track - no messing around, three quick rounds but with decent length holds - perfect for a morning pick-me-up. Thanks heaps!

fantastic musical practice. I benefit tremendously from the consistency of sonic rhythms and melodies that coincide with breathing. one thing about Ari’s tracks that I love is the intention behind the chord progressions and melodies. the transitions between breathing and retention are seamless, allowing for the shift in consciousness to play off of the introspective sound. so grateful for this practice. thank you for connecting music and the breath, Ari 😌🙏🏾.

Thank you so much for creating this. It’s been my go-to for a while! I actually prefer this now to Wim Hof’s. I find your voice and the music so soothing. I can’t calculate how many times I must’ve listened to this, but it’s a lot! It’s helps energise me on a morning, as well as getting me in the zone to meditate and sit still! I also do it when I’m feeling anxious. Thank you so much 🙏
