Transcript

Welcome to this focus meditation for clarity,

Attention,

And mental balance.

Find a set of headphones and pair them to your ears.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale slowly releasing any tension in your body.

As you gently open your eyes,

Direct your gaze to a specific point in your visual field.

Let this point be your anchor,

A focal point to center your attention.

Notice the details,

Colors,

And shapes as you immerse yourself in this intentional focus.

For 60 seconds,

Allow your mind to be fully absorbed in this chosen point.

Close your eyes and take a moment to appreciate the focus that is cultivated.

Bring your attention to your forehead,

One inch inside the head,

The prefrontal cortex.

Focus on this point.

Imagine a warm light emanating from this point.

This light represents your inner clarity,

Focus,

And cognitive abilities.

With each breath you take,

Allow this light to grow brighter,

More vibrant,

And expanding,

Filling your entire prefrontal cortex with a sense of calm and clarity.

As distractions arise,

And they inevitably will,

Acknowledge them without judgment.

Picture these distractions as clouds passing through the sky,

And continue to refocus the mind on this point of focus,

Right at the prefrontal cortex,

The area behind the forehead.

As we conclude,

Recognize the power of your mind's ability to refocus.

Carry this skill into your daily life,

Knowing that you can navigate distractions with ease and return to a centered state.

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Open your eyes and thank yourself for dedicating this time to master the art of refocusing.
