Open to a Year of Grace. You can listen to this meditation anytime you are ready to create newness; to create a new year for yourself.

This meditation will help you to center yourself; as you perceive almost like a magnet in your heart, calling all of your energy home.

You are guided into experiencing a glowing radiance emanating from your heart; a space from which to create anew, gain clarity and enter into a new version of your year and life.

Oceans of love and welcome to this special meditation for the new year.

Beginning by breathing and centering yourself in this moment.

Feeling almost like a magnet in your heart calling all of your energy inward,

Back to the center of your being and feel the energy of light emanating from your heart.

As you feel yourself grounded this line of energy from your heart moving all the way down to your feet and into the earth.

And then feeling this line of energy from your heart up through your crown connecting with the supreme light,

The divine.

So there is this vertical alignment,

This line of pure spiritual energy directly connecting you to the source,

Connecting you to the core of the earth with a glowing radiance emanating from your heart in this divine alignment.

And taking a few breaths in this space as you feel your nervous system settle,

Your body relax,

Your mind become more quiet,

Your heart soften.

And that as you move into the new year,

New time,

New space,

This alignment is your anchor.

That you are rooted and held by the earth and you are connected to the highest,

The divine,

Supreme,

A living instrument,

A living embodiment of spirit in form.

And that whatever you may do from this space will be successful because you are aware that it is more about the space from which we do something than the actual thing we do.

It's the consciousness and alignment from which we act that has the greatest impact.

And as you take a few more breaths,

Feel yourself recharging.

On a physical level,

The energy of the earth is recharging your body,

Nourishing your body.

And on the level of the spirit,

The divine,

God,

The source,

The one is recharging your spirit with spiritual energy.

And we ask that the highest awareness for each soul's highest purpose is revealed today in this space together.

That for each and every soul listening,

That one's highest alignment is made known and that each one is touched with the awareness of what will be the most elevated steps for the new year.

And that it is all accomplished with ease,

Relaxation,

Trust and grace.

Oceans of peace and may this year be filled with every spiritual blessing and the fulfillment of your calling in this world.

As you take one step after another,

After another,

May that process continue to unfold in the highest way.
