Many blessings and welcome to The Daily Insight.

This is Arielle Hecht and this guided meditation is about coming into the experience of the divine who is like an ocean of love and so we're going to go into that experience beyond time,

Beyond space,

Beyond the daily to-do lists into that unlimited ocean of love,

Peace,

Purity and spiritual power.

And so just start with your breath to bring your attention and your awareness inside yourself.

Breathing deeply in and deeply out,

Allowing each breath to soften your shoulders,

Soften your neck and bring you into a deeper and deeper space of relaxation and calm.

Allowing each breath to help you to soften as if you're stepping into the calmest,

Purest,

Sweetest waters and you feel your whole body relax and so too finally your mind can also relax.

As you step energetically into these calm waters you give your mind permission to empty its contents to allow all of the thoughts to just drain away like water gently pouring out of a cup.

You're just emptying,

Clearing and calming your mind so that your mind and body are able to deeply relax.

Softening You feel yourself surrounded by this oceanic,

Immense peace like you're immersed in an ocean of love,

Feeling the divine's presence surrounding you,

Holding you and blessing you.

You feel yourself bathing in this peace,

Completely held.

A stillness washes over you as you float in this divine ocean of love.

Continuing to be in this space as you go into your day,

Into your evening and bring the energy of peace,

Of Aum,
