Welcome to this 10 minute meditation for relaxation.
This is a meditation you can use any time of day to completely relax,
Let go of stress,
Tension,
Unwind,
Decompress,
And come back to your center,
The state of peace,
The state of lightness.
So let's begin by taking several breaths as you breathe in slowly,
Deeply,
Exhale slowly,
Deeply,
So you're really slowing down the breath.
You're grounding,
Relaxing your energy.
And as you breathe in and out,
You might think slow down,
Relax,
And feel yourself softening,
Melting tension,
And becoming completely present with this moment right now.
And as you breathe in,
You might think slow down,
And as you breathe,
As you feel this wave of peace wash over you,
Relaxing any tension anywhere in your body,
Starting with the head and the neck,
Breathing in,
And as you exhale,
Relaxing any stress,
Any tension,
Tightness,
And then your shoulders relaxing,
Softening,
Your chest,
Your back,
Relaxing your arms,
Relaxing your belly,
And your hips,
And your hips,
And your hips,
Your thighs,
And your legs,
And your feet,
So that there is a wave of relaxation and softening throughout your whole body.
You allow yourself to completely release tension,
And you feel that relief of letting go.
And as your body relaxes,
Your mind relaxes.
As your mind relaxes,
Your body relaxes.
And so now draining,
Releasing any tension in your mind,
Stress,
Tightening,
Letting it go,
Giving your mind complete permission to let go,
To relax,
To trust.
And feeling the natural nature of yourself,
And feeling the natural nature of yourself,
And feeling the natural nature of yourself,
Peaceful,
Rounded,
Light.
No worries,
No tension,
No stress,
Just presence,
Simply being divine,
Being of peace that you are,
That is your nature,
That is your true energy,
That this way of relaxation is your true way.
And so spending a few moments to really let it sink in,
This feeling of total relaxation and peace,
Calm,
Lightness.
Deep,
Slow breaths,
Unpalming,
Breathing,
Breathing,
Breathing,
Breathing,
Breathing,
Deep,
Slow breaths,
I'm completely free.
Taking this completely relaxed,
Light,
Peaceful feeling with you into your day,
Into your evening,
Into your life,
That you may trust in this peace,
In this lightness,
And allow yourself to release tension,
Stress completely,
And come home to yourself,
Peaceful,
Divine,
Divine being of light,
