This is a short but effective meditation that will help you relax your body and breath, drop into your heart, and uncover your next right step on your path towards your destiny. When we are still we can hear that quiet voice that we are all too good at ignoring. That voice that tells us to get outside our comfort zone and do that thing we fear we can't - that we not only can, but we must, for this is our next step on our path towards fulfilling our destiny.

Transcript

The gentle voice within,

When looked upon for guidance,

Will never lead you astray.

The loving,

Peaceful voice that nudges you and gives you support in all of your endeavors.

There is absolutely no external measure that can compare to the knowledge and perspective from this voice within.

No one else can advise you in the same way,

For this still small voice knows what you have been through,

Knows where you are currently,

And knows where you are going.

Even if you don't.

You don't have to know the destination to take the first step,

Because the place within you of peace and light knows and is illuminating the path with joyful experiences that feel good and right and entice you to keep going.

Where in your life are you feeling this way?

What feels good to you?

What do you do in your day that you think,

Wow,

This just feels so right?

This is where I am supposed to be.

Follow this feeling.

Follow this joy.

But do not make an identity around this joyful experience and throw the rest of your life out the window,

For it may only be one step on a long path leading you to where you are going,

To your destiny.

So let's go within now and see your path.

Gently close over your eyes and find comfort in your seat.

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose.

And exhale as you sigh it out your mouth.

Do this two more times.

Bring your shoulders up to your ears on the inhale and relax them down your back on the exhale.

Good.

This time releasing any other tension in your body on the exhale.

Now imagine that you're walking into a beautiful lush green forest and about 10 feet ahead of you on the path is a round garden stone with a beam of bright beautiful light shooting up through the top of the trees out of the stone.

You feel drawn to this beautiful light and start walking towards it.

And as you place both feet on the stone you feel the light flowing through your body.

The light is beaming through your body.

It feels warm and inviting just right.

Like this is exactly where you are meant to be.

It feels like home.

So you spread out and take up a little space on this garden stone.

You might even get really comfortable and take a seat in the light.

Letting it continue to wash over you and fill you with the perfect amount of heat and warmth.

When a picture begins to come to mind of something you do in your life or want to do that will make you feel this way.

Something is calling you that feels this good when you do it.

What is that?

Name it now,

Maybe even say it out loud so that you remember.

Because this my friend is your first stepping stone.

Does it surprise you?

Is this so far out of your comfort zone that you have been ignoring it?

Did you doubt that you could even do this thing?

Well this is your sign my friend that you not only can but you are supposed to do this thing.

This is an important step on your path.

Place your hand over your heart now if you like and as we set an intention to take this next right step on your path.

Let these words wash over you and sink into your heart as I speak them.

Dear universal love and light,

I intend to what?

Fill in your next right step here.

I intend to.

.

As this step feels right and good to me it fills me with joy and love.

And is in the highest alignment for me and all involved.

Please flow through me throughout my day and help me to align my actions with this next right step.

Thank you for your guidance and support.

And as we bring our practice to a close,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Waking up your body and when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
